Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport

Staff was nice and worked with us on a good weekly rate/price match. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The grounds are not kept up very well. Lots of trash everywhere and no way to get quarters for laundry or change for vending machines. Pool is still closed due to COVID and "deluxe" breakfast is a bag with cereal and granola bar every morning. They should not advertise a DELUXE breakfast on their sign outside.... Its misleading.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, great price, Village Inn restaurant next door. Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast included was more than pastry and coffee. I enjoyed a waffle, yogurt, scrambled eggs.

I had a bit of trouble getting the key card to unlock the room. Also a homeless person was sleeping on a stairway up close to the highway. Some of the facilities look tired but everything inside the room worked and was clean.

Over all the front desk people are friendly with the exception of the general manager.

General manager is an unpleasant jerk who acts like everything annoys him. In the room the Towel bar was broken as well as the refrigerator. They replaced the refrigerator later that day. I asked for clean towels and toilet paper and was told by house keeping that I had to go down to the office if I needed those items.

This was an unexpected no budget emergency trip the staff went out of their way to help. Free shuttle I can't tell you how important that turned out to be but it made the trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't think of anything that didn't exceed my expectations. The cost was amazing sub $60 dollar smoking room. Who even has that anymore? What a difference if this had been a California trip trip. The carpet would have been sticky the room would have smelled and I would have wanted an armed guard outside my door this was not the case here.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. This is my home when I come to do home time ftom driving. I can even bring my tractor. All the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Its very comfortable and clean. My dogs love the courtyard,. The manager Rahid always greets you with such enthusiasm, y oi u feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.

Everything is always wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable. The water was hot. The climate control worked well. There was coffee in the room. The TV was easy to operate. The breakfast was hearty. For one night in El Paso before a flight, it was a great value option. It was easy to get to local sights for a quick tour of the city before leaving.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work. Luckily I didn't need it and I did not attempt to address the issue while there.

I like the privacy and the breakfast the swimming pool and it's closed to a restaurant. And the staff.

I dint like that air conditioner it did not cool and I was sweating had the door open which people don't know how to mind their own business had to leave door open at night to be cool which I was a little bit concern .

There was a front desk employee who was very ignorant I tried to ask her something in Spanish, however she responded " English" on a very sarcastic way she needs a reality check that we are ON A BORDER CITY WHICH SADLY FOR COMMENTS LIKE HERS GOT 23 PEOPLE KILLED.ON AUGUST 03 2019

Check-in took 2 minutes. Clean room, comfortable beds, everything worked. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Location is very centric, couple of malls within 3 miles. The breakfast was WAY better than expected for this price point, kudos. All in all, excellent value.

Carpet free rooms are very functional

Many things not finished. 1/2 painted property. Piles of trash around property. Reception staff worn out and unreceptive. Some periods (around ten AM) we all have to wait more than 1/2 for service. Everyone is patient but one person rostered then really creates poor service standards
