I loved the location. Reservationist was professional, courteous, and friendly. Really liked the ease of checking in, and the location of the room was a bonus. Mattress has seen some better days but was really comfortable, and bedding was clean!

I would have rated exceptional, but the room itself was in dire need of renovation. Like a room from one of those dive flicks. I am really amazed being I frequently select Motel6 due to location and cost. I'm just stopping for a decent night's rest. Which I will say I enjoyed!

The room was clean and cool. On the 2nd floor by the pool area.

Someone came knocking really loud and rattling the door handle at around 3 :00 a.m. I told the person they had the wrong room without opening the door. This happened twice. My was wife was startled and she was afraid to go back to sleep. We left an hour later very upset. We told the front clerk of the incident. She just apologized.

My room was nice and comfortable and clean,restroom clean shower clean facility clean and quiet. Truck parking,excellent and convenient which was my first time having to park a commercial truck at a hotel. I was very thankful for that. I dont knwo what the rest of the rooms look like but keep up the good work Mtl 6 this location 👍🏿! I was at another location the night before and boy hyde! Never again that one if I can help it Thanks for asking!

Dont really have anything I can say I did t like. Continental breakfast wouldve been nice tho!

Very friendly young woman at the check-in, good location, quiet, free coffee at the reception in the morning, many TV channels

Pool was closed since it’s apparently too cold to swim for American standards :) vending machine was almost sold out, wish we could make a coffee in the room in the morning

The staff was truly exceptional. A lot of detail and attention has been paid to the grounds. And though it's kind of chilly and the swimming pool would be cold it is sparkling beautiful blue water very well taken care of.

That we had stayed across the street in The studio 6 for quite a number of days and those days were not anything compared to the time here at Motel 6 East. So the only thing I don't like is that we didn't get here sooner.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was very clean. I enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning - great-tailed grackles, mourning doves, and others. The pool was well maintained and clean.

The pool isn't scheduled to open until 10 - seems late, in such a hot climate. And, in reality, it didn't open until after 10:30. Not sure why someone besides the (late) maintenance staff couldn't open it??

The front desk attendant at check in made things so easy for me, she was so helpful and friendly.

I would have liked a fridge for a milk (2yr old) but a couple trips to the ice machine and ending up using the trash can worked out alright. My son was so comfortable I only needed it when he woke up around check out time

Front Desk was very helpful and welcoming, Sweetheart 💖. Safety was a priority 👍. Stay was quiet and restful. Manager was tentative to needs. Great stay, great work by their team.

No microwave or fridge.

That they gave us a room that was already occupied & the lady from the front staff comment to us that she didn’t even know what was available that the computer wasn’t up to date due to the night staff not updating the info right

The bed and the linen were comfortable and clean. The location close to freeway was convenient. The closeness to the pool was nice. The a/c temperature was good. The size of the room was adequate. The staff was friendly.

The tv was too small. The a/c was a little noisy, but I think thats it.
