The rooms were very clean.

The complimentary breakfast selection was basic. Coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal.

My room was spacious with a king-size bed and sleep sofa. The a/c worked very well which is very important in hot Dallas summer. The room had black out curtains which blocked out most of the street lights. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The TV had plenty of channels to watch. Wi-Fi was very good. There were several outlets in the room, although no USB outlets.

The access to the hotel is from Stemmons Freeway service road which had a lot of construction going on. They had torn up the access to the parking lot which made it difficult to find in dark. There is a sign with the hotel name but it was a bit difficult to locate at night. The parking lot itself seemed like it had a lot of gravel. It could be because of the construction just outside the parking lot. The hotel has plenty of parking on both sides of the building.

I want to call the staff hosts, They made sure every need was met. Checked with my upon checking in that I was happy with my room. It was perfectly clean. I needed more hanger space. They offered to move me I declined. Every one made sure I was taken care of. I left each morning before breakfast. Host got me fresh cold apples and coffee .

The back door key entry did not work one day.

The staff and the room. The lady who served me was courteous and her English was excellent. In fact it is the first time that I stay in a hotel operated by hidues that I feel well taken care of and I have no problem understanding what they says.

The breakfast. They call it continental breakfast, I don't know from what continent that breakfast is, but besides the coffee and the yogurt, the rest is not good stuff.

nice very nice staff very clean which I truly loved good firm mattress and clean sheets breakfast was ok not any A but it pass the lobby and dinning area clean and everything in place also it smelled great the grounds was clean I did not like no elevator needed a lower level because my traveling companion was elderly and could not climb stairs but for the most part my stay was great thanks

I’m 21 but I look very young for my age I like the fact that I was taken seriously. There wasn’t no arguments or miscommunication I usually get at my stay at other establishments. I like the atmosphere felt cozy and comfortable.

I really can’t whine I only stayed one night so I didn’t need any more Accommodations like towels or extra service.

The beautiful sight seeing and in walking distance go walk to trail also shopping close by dart transit center oh my the room are perfect for some wom want be out be romantic just self relaxing it's worth spending the money

it was very contemporary, warm and just quiet. It was right next-door to the Motel 6 but it’s right off the freeway so other than that it was pretty quiet.

The entryway got a big old hole in the siner of the entry that’s not really eye-catching cause the Driver he had to avoid it because that’s how deep it is☹️

The cleanliness of the room. The shower was very white and clean. The Fridge, Microwave and Laundry facilities in the suites. It appears the place had a freshening up within the last couple of years. There is a Dollar Tree, Walmart Grocery, Cox's Grocery and DART train stop under a mile away with a scenic creekway park behind Farmer's Branch city "hall". Further NW up said creek/river is a set of old pull-up bars.

A noisy hallway guest in & out of the loud door speaking loudly day and night. The A/C filter could use a bleach cleaning. The pool should be open, it looks nice.
