Absolutely love the place. It's very beautiful inside and with a ton of storage space and the storage layout is super convenient I absolutely love it and the kitchennet is on point as well. Have not had any problems at all it's super quiet and my favorite part is the manager lady is a super hard worker and goes above and beyond I see her busting her butt for this property, she deserves a raise. The rest of the staff is great as well but you can tell she's the manager and puts a lot of effort into her job. I give this place a 10 out of 10. There was a tiny leak in the wall from the shower when we first moved in that I didn't even notice for awhile but they found it shortly after we moved in and had it fixed the same day. I thought that was cool also. Anyways great place to stay it's super cozy.

Everything is great. The fluctuating fees kinda concerning I thought I paid for 22days but the guy said the system only says 15 days so idk but it's still been a great stay.

Based on the price I paid for the room, I kept my expectations low. I must have misread and thought there would be breakfast so I was surprised to only find a vending machine. That is no fault of the hotel. I found the property to be exceptionally clean, inside and outside. The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, roomy and, aesthetically pleasing to the senses. I love that it didn't have any carpet! The bed and pillows were dreamy! I slept amazingly well. I am a female travelling alone and I felt very safe.

The door entering the building couldn't close because of the cement. That gave me pause thinking it was an indication of what I would find inside.

Convenient location for having medical procedure @ Waco Cardiology.

Hotel was under construction & rooms around ours were sealed with plastic. Requested Handicap room (assumed it would be on the 1st floor but was on the 2nd floor & shower was step in not a walk in. Check out was @ 11am but key stopped working @ 10am so had to walk around the building to front door to reprogram keys @ front desk.

There is a kitchen; plenty of room; very good location; very nice customer service

There was one elevator and it is breaking Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed The remote/tv wasn't working very well Vending machines are broken There's no ice

I enjoyed it all and very much clean and pet friendly as well I didn’t have any animals but I saw other people and it was really nice to see and meet people and the staff very nice and attentive

Can’t say that there’s anything that I can say about the WoodSpring that is bad

Good location, process was very easy and simple. Very much enjoyed my room and nice and clean.

Wifi was a little slow at times. Only one elevator makes it a hassle to go up and down floors.

Clean and easy access to the freeway.

The staff came knocking on my room door around 10am, they tried to open the door just to see if I was leaving at 11am. I had just gotten out of the shower and felt that this person was very rude. Other than this, my stay was nice and relaxing.

My only concern was placement of animals on mid level floors between the first and third floor. I felt they should be on lower level. Barking was a little much at times. However the staff handled the situation with satisfaction.

My husband travels to Dallas for work and has been staying at this location over the last couple years. It is convenient to where he needs to be, close to lots of places to eat. Staff is always very accommodating. it is more comfortable than a standard hotel room, my husband often has to stay for extended amounts of time.

Very nice and clean. I stay in hotels a lot, but this one is super clean , I was amazed when I walk into the room.

None. Everything looks like brand new. Nothing broken or worn out like I’ve seen in other hotels.Atmosphere is very fresh. Price is reasonable.Staff ( David ) is very nice man.
