The hotel was super clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Also the location is really great!

Our bed might have been above an ac unit which was making the bed vibrate during our stay. It wasn't really bad so it didn't really bother us. I did, however forget to mention it to the staff during our stay just in case someone else complains about it. Hopefully they see this and fix that problem in room 231.

Staff was super nice! Pool was cleaner than the more expensive hotel we just left. The breakfast was bomb! The beds were comfy I slept well. The dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and make up removers were nice. I expected this place to be a dump because of the price but it was for sure the best one we have stayed in so far. The breakfast had omelets, muffins, pancakes, bagels, as well as protein selections and fruit, juices, coffee, water. The works. I have zero complaints. The parking garage was super close and convenient and after 2 days of paying to park all over Dallas it was a great surprise. Will be coming back!

The TV remote did not have a sleep timer. I was on the second floor and the noise from the room above me was ridiculous. When they took a shower the pipes in my room (210) were very noisy. I wouldn't have had to set my alarm for 6 am, the shower did it for the alarm clock. The bed was very comfortable.

I was on a meeting by zoom close to the front desk and the lady start to use a vacuum cleaner i told her that i was on a meeting and she tol me that is her job to do that in that moment. So I have to move to the meeting room in the middle of my conference by zoom

The room was very big, easily fit three to four people without feeling on top of each other. Good location too, we were close to about everything, airport, mall, downtown, and in a good neighborhood.

The breakfast was missing a lot of stuff in my opinion, such as croissants, Nutella, waffles, fruits, etc... for the price of the stay they can do better. We could not use the phone screen projection on the TV and the receptionist did not help us with that. Also, I ask for complete room service at the check-in but the cleaning did not clean our room for two days even when I complained after the first night.

Everything was fine and as expected. The breakfast, however, was a pleasant surprise. While many hotels put out plastic-wrapped pastries, snack bars, and tiny cups of yogurt, this property offered a real breakfast - eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit... a great spread.

we arrived at 3, the check in time, and had to wait 30 minutes for one of our rooms. they told us they couldn’t offer any kind of discount because it was reserved through booking.com and that third party bookers always assume there are rooms available but it is not coordinated with the hotel. it was aggravating

One of the few hotels I can find that is offering free hot breakfast since COVID. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and quick to help. Room, sheets, towels, and bathroom were very clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a hotel. This place really exceeded my expectations!

I would like to start off by saying that the bathroom and room was very clean. There was just a spot inside the toilet bowl where the water goes down that could have been scrubbed out. I will say that I am a little OCD when it comes to bathrooms so my expectations are super high ha. It bothered me very little but my partner was completely unbothered by it. I would definitely still book this place in the future again though. The toilet was only a small part of the overall experience.

Continental breakfast was very good always stocked and warm. Hotel staff was very friendly and always greeted when arriving or leaving. Room was very clean and spacious. TV worked and we had a view of the pool.

The pool area is kind of small. Not alot of space to move things around once the sun moves. Also our shower was kind of broken but still usable.

Nice staff at checking, clean room,shower needed a bit more cleaning especially shower walls. Nice breakfast and I felt safe on prop.

I brought my service dog and was charged $45 a night for 2 days. Property didn't provide bags to pick up after dogs. Other hotels I stayed provided those items and many spots for pets and at desk had treats and water. Really making you feel that is pet friendly.
