Very clean rooms and facility. Nice location and very well lit and spacious parking lot. Very courteous and helpful staff. There's an inside pool but didn't check it out. We were passing by and stayed only one night. Breakfast was good had pretty good choices for being a quick breakfast. Great pillows n beds.

I'm a really lite sleeper and I asked for a first floor room. My husband is handicap and we got the last room toward the highway and the facility being so quiet at night I could here the big trucks passing. Other than that it was great.

Breakfast was great... I did not appreciate the fact that it was 20 minutes till ending time..and that the breakfast staff member decided to take everything away ...and other people were still coming for breakfast... Yes I reported this to the front desk on December the 18th 2022

No complaints on the room or the facility itself... It is the checkout process that I have a problem with... Checked my bank statement, andi have yet to receive my refund for the deposit... Called and spoke to several people at the Hotel, finally spoke to Vanessa who stated I needed to do a DISPUTE because she could not refund me my check-in deposit... Literally just walked out of my bank doing the dispute, tsk tsk... So aggravating.

Beds were comfortable, however I was not pleased that there were no comfortable chairs in the room. just the bed and a desk chair. The front desk clerk informed this was the new minimal design. As a senior citizen, we like to have a chair to sit in after a day of traveling. sometimes my husband even sleeps in one or sits in one if he gets up during the night if he has problems sleeping. The design team needs this. I hope this gets passed on to Marriot. The property was very clean and well kept.

There was microwave oatmeal but no microwave. When I asked the guy stocking the breakfast food, he said, "We don't have a microwave. That's what the hot water is for." Now, anyone knows that just putting hot water in a dish doesn't make it edible. It 2023, how can a hotel not have a microwave. It's frustrating but not a deal breaker.

excellent stay! the property was beautiful and the beds comfortable. we loved the indoor pool and gym. my favorite part was the breakfast buffet. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. would definitely stay again. thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Everything was clean & new. The rooms was very spacious comfortable bed just inviting to walk into.

there’s was nothing that I didn’t like only I would add a little more variety to the breakfast menu. Such as bacon, sausage, & eggs . Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Very courteous, professional and attentive staff. I stayed over two weeks skipping a day or two and they were always very accommodating, patient with my requests for a room downstairs etc…

Room 124 the heater didn’t heat up one of the nights and I was too tired to report it and move everything to another room. The next day, I reported it and I was moved to another room and they left me a gift bag with some snacks in the new room. Thank you Fairfield Inn Staff you are awesome!

This was a very nice hotel and very conveniently located for what we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a choice as to what floor we wanted to stay on. The elevators were prompt. The bathroom and room was larger than many hotels and was very comfortable.

The location

The water pressure in the shower was very very very very low. The room was missing several light bulbs, one of the night lights didn't work. The breakfast food wasn't too tasteful, the sausage seems to be made out of cardboard

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was decent size. Toilet paper was very thick and soft unlike most places that have 1 ply that is like sandpaper.

Hot water needed to be hotter. Not much room between bed and air conditioning unit.
