Red Roof Inn & Suites Denton

The rooms look like they have been remodeled. Hardwood floors, big desk to work on, big tv, & comfortable bed.

When I checked in, the clerk took a personal call and took a long time to check in because he quit working while talking. The plugs beside the bed didn’t work to charge my phone, and the bathroom plugs didn’t work so I couldn’t use the blow dryer. It took me forever to figure out that the shower pipes were opposite of what the hot and cold were on the shower faucet! I turned it all the way to hot and let it run for 10-15 minutes to warm up to shower and it was still cold! when I went to turn it off and got to the cold label, it was hot! I also asked for a downstairs room because I was in a bad wreck and have back and hip issues and I had to carry everything up the stairs with my pain increasing with every step because he said there were no downstairs rooms.

very clean nice sized rooms. comfortable beds. large clean bathroom. with plenty of towels. Quiet and staff was very friendly and helpfull. check in was very easy as we already had reservations. was able to have contact with the personal instead of dealing with check in and check out thru a tiny window.

Near the highway, yet quiet and convenient. Room was cozy and clean, got a nice view of the sunset every morning.

Front desk staff was hard to locate at times. Fresh towels weren’t provided daily. Hotel had a stench odor.

Location and broken down vehicle on property that has been there for a long time. Lots of homeless people hanging around property

near Texas Women’s University and had lots of usb ports and plugs and a Roku TV

there were no shelves in the shower to put your shampoo and body wash and our smoke alarm was beeping and woke us up in the middle of the night

price and room size

needed lounge chairs at the pool! metal was very hot to sit on.

It was very nice and clean and had refrigerator and microwave and comfortable bed. The person who was checking us in was very friendly.

The shower did not drain while in use.

It’s clean and easy to get to lots of options for food and got a good deal on it. I would come back.

The WiFi is sketchy and on the first floor it’s hard to get cellular signal.

There was plenty of space and the bathroom was well prepared. Soaps and shampoo’s were stocked and plentiful.

The parking lot was a little rough. It should receive the next round of updates.

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating. They addressed any problem immediately.
