the room size is decent, love that mirror could connect to my phone Bluetooth and play music. Made me enjoy my skincare moment. Staffs were really nice, and it has a Starbucks!!!

Would appreciate to alert me ahead that the pending charge is for incidental costs, and it will go away after I check out. Cause I thought I broke something in the hotel. Other than that, all great. we drove our Tesla here, and love the charging station as well.

The property is beautiful, very clean. The service is great. The room was large and had everything we needed. They had complementary, happy hour and complementary breakfast, which was fantastic. It was truly a very good visit and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room had a little bit of a bad smell when we first walk in. The carpet needs to be cleaned, but aside from that it was very clean and very very spacious.

This is our third time staying with you all for several days each time and would like to give special kudos to the cafeteria manager and her staff. She was outstanding in all aspects and we are planning another Denton trip with you all on spring break. Again, we asked for the past manager and was told that she was no longer employed there but was doing well notwithstanding the loss of her sister. She also had won our hearts and blessings to all. The room was spacious,and the bed and pillows were very comfy.The breakfast was extraordinary from the made to order omelets to Texas shaped waffles.

Everything was great except had a little trouble figuring out the lighting.and could not find the hair dryer,which I later found out it was hanging behind the door in the bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and modern. Loved the room The only problems were they were hot at night. Even though my air conditioner was set at 68. Others in my party said the same thing. Need more carts for luggage. Other wise everything was wonderful Would stay there again. Staff was great.

Need more vents for air conditioner.

Really have no complaints except for the rooms.

I had made reservations months in advance, 4 rooms. Queen suites, 2 queen beds. I was able to get 1. How can that happen? We were meeting family for a wedding. Cousins were set up to room together. Did not happen. Not major. But disappointing.

I have always like Embassy Suites. Their breakfast is very good. The room was nice, but the bed was not comfortable.

We paid more than we agreed on. Not only were we charged $417.98, but they also charged $36.50 for incidentals(?). They blamed that extra charge on your company.

We loved the room, breakfast and the pool. The pool was heated and clean. I also appreciated the staff at the registration desk. There was a mix up with our reservation and they worked with us to make it right.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect.

the facilities were very nice and we were very comfortable. The food service workers were beyond friendly, helpful and hard working during breakfast. pool area was nice. please spruce up your butterfly garden, it looks like it was once lovely and is now overrun with grass and asiatic jasmine. very clean and we had everything we needed. thanks!
