Lobby, hallways, elevators & breakfast areas were warm. And a/c in room had not been turned on before checking in. We were sweating from walking in from summer heat 🥵 just from parking lot to lobby & couldn't cool off because all areas were uncomfortably warm. And then couldn't even cool off in room either after lugging in luggage. We had to wait a good while for room to cool off.

Quality Inn has some of the best beds. My wife slept so good the first time we booked this hotel, We continue to visit. We keep saying we need to find out what mattress they use. Finally, we were booked into one of the renovated rooms. It is gorgeous, my wife loves the lilac doors significant improvement. Pleasant surprise!!!

The hotel is in transition as it's been renovated. So the elevator is old. Depending on what deal, or floor you get you can end up in an old or new room.

the front desk lady varsha was so nice and she also help me to make some toast bread the breakfast was so delicious my kids enjoyed evverything was better

only the outside of the hotel looks old but inside. looks great my son loves the restrooms lights. everything inside looks fresh and new good remodeling.

We were looking forward to using the pool beings it was hot but it wasn’t in order. Our room had a invisible guest who liked to open the cabinet door then slam it shut as well as walk across the floor, pretty harmless but made sleeping an issue.

I don't have much to add from my first review as everything was great! The front desk staff was very kind and polite. There was an issue with the shower head in our room and when my husband reported it to the front desk, the staff member was grateful my husband let her know and said she would get someone to look at it.

This time we had a room that faced the interstate and could hear the traffic noise, but it didn't cause any sleeplessness. We all got a good night's sleep while we were there.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The layout of the room was great. I liked the room we had as it faced away from the interstate and there was no traffic noise. The breakfast was good.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. There were guests, after 10:00 PM, who were loud in the hallway and in their room as you could hear them through the door and walls, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Just people not having any common courtesy or sense.

I liked the room, bed, coffee, and breakfast and morning front desk lady.

There were no sausage,eggs,or biscuits and waffle iron had been turned off. Staff was not aware of this. I had to tell them. It took 15 minutes for the food and the waffle iron to heat up. Also the elevator was very dirty due to construction on the 2nd floor. Could they vacuum it every afternoon when workers leave?

Without a doubt, the bed was super comfortable and the location of the hotel was also very good. I noticed that they are remodeling it. I hope to visit it again when it is finished, The lighting in the room is super good, I love that it has lights on the ceiling because it illuminates the entire room.

The room was updated and a great experience for the price. Bathroom and hallways were also updated.

The registration area. breakfast area, and back entrance need to be updated to welcome guests and suggest what to expect in the private rooms.

As I said in my previous comment, the lighting in the room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect!
