The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. They were able to handle inquiries promptly and clearly identify a solution. I enjoyed the poolside relaxation.

The beach view was married by the roofing overhang that I want sure if someone might walk by there. Two of the lightbulbs weren't working and my first visit to the pool there was scum clearly visible on the water surface. The location of the hotel was not within walking distance to any activities or shopping.

Beautiful ocean view comfort beds, everything you needed and then some. You never have to leave the property they have nice gym, gorgeous swimming pool, pool bar, nice breakfast, Starbucks, lunch, dinner, bar, fire place in the evening. Very safe friendly employees to help you with anything you need. Why leave it’s our home away from home.

The location of the hotel is away from the busy part of Seawall Blvd but just right for a peaceful and quiet get away. Loved the fact the hotel is renovated with an up to date modern feel for a comfortable relaxing experience.

If check out is at noon, the cleaning associates should not knock on the door before noon to clean the room. There should be a system in place for them to know if the room is available to clean. Feels like you’re being rushed out when they come early as mentioned above.

Did not eat at the Hotel. We went down the street to I Hop for breakfast. The location was on the west side of Galveston which is quieter than towards east side. The people at the hotel were very courteous. We went out on the back patio with the fire pit at night, which was enjoyable.

When I went on line to the Courtyard Inn Galveston, Tx, I booked a King Room, thinking that it had two beds like the Queen Room that my wife and I had stayed in at the first of February. It had one king size bed and a pull-out couch. I found out that I got in a hurry for booking a room during Spring Break. This was the only time that my adult son and wife could join my wife and myself. It turned out okay and the stay was pleasant.

it was convenient. lobby pretty. the room was nice except the couch was thread bare. the toilet was so low to the ground it seemed it should be in a child's bathroom. the tub needs non slip strips. we had to put a towel down in the tub to keep from slipping and falling.

Pool area was awesome (could use more seating but we were fine). Room was very comfortable. All of the staff was amazing and I saw everyone helping everyone else which was wonderful. The food (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner/stack ) was awesome. Bar was awesome too by the pool. (Pictured below is a "Strawberry Shortcake?" and "Shark's Blood?"Everyone friendly and helpful. Loved the microwave and refridge in the room. Location was quiet and we had family staying on the West End so it was in between civilization and true Galveston. The bed was AWESOME! A/C was awesome! Pillows on the bed gave you a choice between flat or fluffy...Fluffy was a winner! Everything was very clean, no complaints. We asked for extra towels and in less than 5 minutes they were at the door.

The loveseat was out of the room due to remodeling so that was a major bummer, our only option to sit was the bed or one desk chair. We asked at the desk for another desk chair but got a table chair instead. Still ok, they tried. The hall and elevators were very hot.

I really liked the outdoor fire pit and the pool area. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and majority of staff was helpful and pleasant.

I did not like the sofa in the room as it was very worn and needed to be replaced. I didn’t sit on it as I didn’t feel comfortable doing so. I didn’t like that I had to go down to inform the front desk that my room had not been cleaned for two days. I was not able to get through by phone to front desk nor housekeeping. The guy at the front desk upon checking out was not friendly at all. I could not even hear him when I asked questions and had to ask him to speak up several times so I could hear him. I was done checking out and I didn’t know, so I was just standing there, I had to ask him was there anything else needed.

Drinks, snacks and breakfast was on the expensive side but other than that everything was everything. Very clean and nice establishment. P.s bring your own food and drinks lol but I slept like a baby 🤎🤎

I was expecting to be jn an ocean view room as was confirmed by Marriot during my booking. I even received an email stating that they have a room for me. Unfortunately it was not available when i get there.

We enjoyed breakfast from Starbucks

The smell of the bed linen was a little sour and the TV was not functioning properly. It needed to be reset, the guide was not coming up
