Hyatt Place Dallas/Garland/Richardson

The room was configured well and well supplied. It was quiet without exception. The card access was touch- only capability. There was a snack bar available 24x7 and was always supplied with fresh food and drinks. The staff was considerate and always attend to my needs regardless of what was going on. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied for all palates and customs.

I would convert the tub-shower to just a shower. There are, of course, some people that still take a tub bath, but not that many and usually not in a hotel.

The location was just right. Felt secure. Bed was super comfy. Base just looked bent. Fridge super cold. Breakfast was on point each time.

The sink in room was draining very very slow. I figured when we asked housekeeping to clean our room that she would notice and take care of. But guess not. Just dealt with it.The shower design was nice but floor still gets wet. Bed base and rug needs an upgrade.

Size of room was good, breakfast was great. Location was perfect.

Room could been cleaner, there was wrappers on the floor, you could tell corners had not been cleaned in a long time, the couch could of been wiped down. I didn't like that there was a bondage expo set up in the lobby and people hanging around. It's a family hotel they should of set up at the other entrance.

Breakfast was great and changed every day. The room was clean and the one bed was comfortable. They cleaned up our room after my son had made a mess and it was nice. The front desk was very helpful all week. Located right next to the Mall and the Waterpark.

One bed was not comfortable and hurt our backs. The pool was not open and was not stated on the webpage for the Hotel before we traveled. We saw that Covid restrictions were fully lifted and then found the pool closed when we arrived after a long 16 hour drive. A little disappointing but we had waterparks nearby.

Breakfast was great, nice and warm. There was no creamer for coffee but other than that it was great. Our room was VERY clean and supplies were stocked. My daughter went swimming and there were plenty of pool towel. I would defiently stay here again if in the area.

What I especially liked was the beds. They were extremely comfortable. We didn't need the sofa bed after all because the person it was for cancelled at the last moment. The room was comfortable.

I was used to a motel that came in every day and straightened up the room and replenished the things we had used like towels and cups and especially coffee. Not done here.

The breakfast was amazing.. so many choices and was all fresh and kept fairly stocked for as many guests they had eating.

My niece lost her watch at the pool, They were not to concerned about trying to help us find it. We never did find it. It was a apple watch..

Everybody was so nice and made sure that I had everything that I needed or requested, gave me information on the area shopping mail and places to eat, and parks

Nothing to complain about, had a little boo, boo, from a fall in front of the hotel, due to a bad spot in the concrete.

The check-in representative was very friendly and helpful. I like that they offer breakfast but I think they need to have more choices, like pancakes/waffles.

I did ask about the "member points" the young lady had no idea in how that worked because as she stated "she's not a member" I would think as an employee they should know how this program works.
