From the moment we walked in the person at the desk was super friendly and wanted to help us as much as posible. Our room was on the second floor and that was ok when we walked in to go to our room the person at the desk noticed that my grandma was with us and she uses a walker he imedetly got one of the employees to check on a handycap room for us on the first floor they did have an elivator but he wanted us to have the walk in shower for her so she wouldnt strugle. The room was huge and super clean. I have stayed at a million hotels throught the years but this one went above and beyond for us! If i could hive the 10 stars i would!

No complaints everything was amazing!

Quiet area ,next to Payne Arena which had Graduation ceremonies all Memorial Day weekend ,Bed is awesome , Great size TV and channel selection, good hot water shower and pool is nice . We had the kitchen and I bring a skillet and a small pan and a couple of utensils,paper plates and enjoy cooking a couple of meals and reheating all the leftovers from going out to eat with all the restaurants and Mall a short drive past the airport into the busy noisy downtown . Took some furniture to Reynosa to a family friend and overnight the furniture was safe in the well lit and camera secure parking area

Ran out of creamer at continental breakfast .Cereal ,oj, coffee and toast, milk , this ain't IHOP but Laredo Tacos cheap at Convenience store 2 blks away

Gilbert, the desk manager, helped me with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi - something that my wife really appreciated, having recently been in an accident in which her back was severely injured. This hotel keeps improving, and getting better. It's always been really clean, and it seems like they are "upping their game." Very much appreciated! A great value for anyone that wants to stay really close to the Mexican border in the US. Also, there was coffee available at 4AM! What a GREAT thing!

Nothing wrong, no problems at all. They hit a home run!

It seems like they have "upped their game" as far as professionalism - the staff all seemed to be more customer-centered that in the past. It is noticed, and it is appreciated. Also, not sure if it's new, or if I just hadn't noticed before, but the beds are really, really comfortable... I am wondering if the added new pillow tops to the mattresses... ?

I absolutely was satisfied with my stay. Room was clean. Lobby was great. Staff was helpful. Location was right next to Payne Arena which was perfect for the concert I was attending. I would definitely stay here again!

Gilbert went out of his way to accommodate us. He set up the breakfast for whatever time we asked for. Hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are perfect.

Breakfast could be a little bit richer. Hot water for tea would be great. Hotel is out of the way for groceries and restaurants. On top of that, Dicker Rd was closed so it was a 15min drive to the Mexican food carts at Dicker & Jackson, and Walmart.

Very quiet and comfy away from the noisy highway and high priced hotels

Everybody wants a big hot breakfast ,for the money you save here , go to get tacos and such a few blocks away

I liked that it was right next to the Payne Arena which was the venue my family and I were going to. I like that the beds were really comfortable.

not much to complain about. its not a big deal but restaurants are a bit far from the area

Bed was really comfortable. Size of bed & room was perfect.

Breakfast wasn't much. They served cold cereal, toast, juice & coffee.
