In general I liked the hotel, the room had good AC, was cleaned, big and the wifi worked perfect to get my zoom classes. the actitude of the staff was good, they tried helping me with my request and provided me what I needed at the moment.

The telephone didn`t have a power cable, at the biguining was difficult to use the card keys, the first resepsionist was a little bit rude but I think it was becouse he was so busy at the time I came, the rest of the staff was good and helpfull.

Excellent location in houston, great budget hotel, Hotel manager was very nice and helpful on addressing any issues I had and he resolved them

all was ok, they could upgrade ACs as Houston is very hot in summer so ACs should be in best condition

the floors in the hotel and elevator were filthy! the faucet in the bathroom tub broke in the on/hot position, we called the front desk, they were unable to fix it that night, it poured hot water all night long. we had to shut the bathroom door to keep the steam out of the room.

Lock on the doors with the magnetic key….Tried numerous times to get into my room the first day….second day worked fine….

Hotel is located right off of the loop and near a bunch of restaurants and stores. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great too. Everything was pleasant and went the way it should've.

The hotel is advertised as having a grab and go breakfast, but this honestly only means that there is coffee and a few granola bars.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, great location right by the galleria mall. Very close to all the restaurants, lounges and activities we wanted wanted to do. Great value for the price!

The A/C could’ve been cooler, however it was horrible.

It had a kitchenette and it was clean when we arrived. Kitchen utensils (such as silverware and pots and pans) had to be requested at the front desk. The only problem was that they gave us the little utensils they had left because at the time we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. The staff was really nice and kind and even helped me with changing my dollars into quarters to use in the laundry. The location was great since it was at a walking distance from The Galleria and other places nearby (at around 3 or 4 blocks away).

The AC didn't work properly and they didn't have enough kitchen utensils.

Everything from the beds to the cleaness of the room! Have stayed here several times before and will always pick this hotel again.!!
