All in all, this was a very good hotel and stay; the hotel is new and decent. the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is good and new furniture, fridge and all amenities. The breakfast is well made and maintained. A very impressive "3 star" hotel. it deserves more.

Keep in mind that you have to pay for parking, there is no free parking available. Also, when you check in, there is a must $200 fee for the mini convenience store in the hotel. They will reimburse you the amount after check out. And also, you have to ask for housekeeping; it wont expected unless asked for. Double check on the TV your billings, they incurred a parking fee on my room even though i did not ask for it.

The hotel over all was amazing, quiet, comfy, an beautiful 😍 We will definitely be coming back! I was in love with the bed and how the room was set up

The breakfast was the only thing I didn't like the orange juice dispenser had a nasty smell to it in the inside of it when the lady was changing it out. Also the waffle mix has to be the problem because the waffles look scrumptious until you put your syrup on them an taste them they start to get a real mushy taste in your mouth real fast 😖 the bacon was also horrible and the oatmeal looked like porridge an the carton eggs were also disgusting!

The hotel was in a central location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention. The bed was comfortable.

There was hair in the shower and fingerprints on the shower door. Means it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The cleanliness first, it was neat. Modern and bright! We went to San Antonio after and the hotel wasn’t bad and it was more expensive and good location but nothing compared with this hotel. The service was great!

The room price is already high, so having to pay for the parking separately was a bit annoying and unreasonable

The room was so very clean and laid out nicely. The breakfast was very good and not served with paper and plastic dinner wear. Access to parking was easy with the option to park indoors. Very close to the Consulate and the Galleria.

I was on the Hwy side and the traffic noise was a bit more than what I like. But again I’m not a city dweller and prefer not to hear it. Did not hear one siren while at the hotel.

The hotel is great, along with the guest services staff. This was my 2nd time staying and definitely plan on coming back.

The only thing I didn't like is one of the guest services told me that the restaurant closes at 9pm and I went to the Hotel bar approximately 8:50pm and the female bartender told me that the restaurant closes at 8:45 pm. I most definitely would have ordered more drinks but because of this we only ordered 1 drink each. She didn't seem friendly to me. I think the hotel should make the 5 parking spots in front of the hotel ALL Handicap instead of making us pay $22 per night.

Location was great

Wallpaper pealing off of walls, it even looked as if the wallpaper was used to cover missing wall pieces. Walls were literally paper thin; I could hear other guests yelling in the hallway and a dog barking in another room throughout the night.

location I felt safe and it was clean. there were some people that got rowdy and loud on our floor and it was quickly handled.

prices at the hotel store were very high. $6 for water $7.50 for a bag of popcorn.

They insisted on a security deposit and two months after my stay they have failed to refund it
