My friends and I felt comfortable at this hotel! The area seems to be safe and there are plenty of stores nearby. It has that new feel to it. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! The mirrors in the bathroom were so useful for getting ready because they have the halo light effect. Hotel locks at a certain time at night and you can't get in without a key which I liked. Everything was clean and neat. Houston is big however, we got to our destinations pretty quickly with Uber. Downtown doesn't seem very far, neither the galleria. Would highly recommend. 😊

Staff upon arrival was very friendly and was able to refer us to some great places to see during our down time in Houston. It is in a great location. Breakfast was good. It was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed having a table next to my side of the bed. Usually, the person on the outside (facing the wall) doesn't have anywhere to put stuff. This table was much appreciated.

Morning staff needs help. There needs to be someone who's only job is to be at the front desk to help guests. A line formed and a frazzled employee eventually showed up. She appeared overworked.

The breakfast was very good. We had scrumbled eggs, fried sausages or bacon, omelette, fried turkey patties and pancakes for breakfast. There were bananas, cereals, joghurt, milk, coffee, tea, cookies also. It is very close to the highway. The room cleaning was on-demand. The wifi was good at all of the hotel area. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy.

The variety of the breakfast could be bigger. Some fried onion/other vegetables to the scramled eggs, some fried eggs instead of it on a few days could give bigger variety. I really missed the vegetables (there was jalapeno only). Some tomatoes, cucumber, onion, radish etc. would be good. My room was facing to the highway and since it is close to it was a bit noisy.

Brakfast wa good, quite a lot of things. Swimmingpool also fine. Jym also fine, even if it could have a couple of more machines, like a lat machine.

The only thing that disappointed me was that I had an emergency and needed to modify my reservation anticipating the check out but it was not possible: both Booking and the hotel kept blaming each other justifying that the other part do not allow any modifications. That was annoying! So I had to pay for more night than the once I was really there. City center is only a few hundred meters but you need a car to get there since there is the highway in the middle.

We stay here often when traveling to or flying out of Houston. Always clean, comfortable, and an easy access location. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, breakfast a typical American buffet hotel breakfast; check in & out always a breeze. It's our go-to place to stay -- safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I like the comfort, cleanliness and staff. The Regional Manager ensured me that guests can keep their staff at the storage of the Lobby if he checkout at 11:00 and has to go to airport at 5 or 6 p.m.

There is 100 dollars guarantee to be reimbursed if you do not damage anything. That money should be refund as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours when you the hotel inspection is done and the guest cleared. After 10 days I left the hotel, this sum is not paid back to me yet.

Breakfast was awesome

Not enough towels. We did not have any small towels only one medium towel. We had a family of 4. Both lamps next to the bed didn't work. Ask the worker he said maintenance was not there. He will tell them when they return that morning. We checked out that morning so there was no reason for him to check it for us. The least he could have done was try to accommodate us since we stayed only one night.

I love the location, the beds are comfortable.

We were upgraded a room because our first room was dirty, and the tub was clogged. We were placed in a room with a stand up shower. We extended our stay and was made to change rooms. We were rudely told, if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location we would have moved. the next room had lots of hair in the bathroom floor. This hotel typically has been great with one other issue in the past of cleanliness but I am on the fence if I will give it another try. Avoid room 428 both times I been assigned that room it has been dirty.

I did not have breakfast due to my diet restrictions.

The smoke alarm flashing in my room at night was annoying. It was dim but I did not like it.
