Despite how it appears, it was very quiet and although I saw a few undesirables walking around the area, there was zero issues. What I loved was the housekeeper. She was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating. we didn’t want service everyday but she asked every day. We stayed about 4 days, and she was on top of it. We asked for Towels everyday and bed changed because my little one takes chemo and peed on them one night. I was able to translate how important it was to wash separately due to the chemicals in the chemo. I hope they pay her well, because she was the best part of the stay there.

I was surprised by how clean the room was. Also how quiet the area is because of the place being off a busy intersection.

The furnishings is old and outdated. It was horrible. There is no breakfast served. The hotel is off a busy intersection with homeless people standing around all day and night.

The Jacuzzi Room was everything I needed and more! At initial check-in, booking.com didn't provide the hotel with notice of my upgrade but the manager worked everything out with no questions asked. Great location! Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

The wi-fi wasn't all too great, but manageable.

Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky and the traffic is non stop busy.It is in Houston so I suppose that can be expected no matter where you stay.

Great place! Very clean and staff very kind. Location is great and close to NRG. Only one entrance for cars and people right by the office windows so that keeps the homeless people that are an issue in that part of town from getting in to bother you as they do in the brand name hotel just a few yards away .

Nothing bad about this property. It is now our go to place for Houston.

IT IS A VERY NICE PLACE!!! despite what people said it was great and a convenient location to where we needed to be. It was clean and quiet. nice size refrigerator and spacious counters.

the neighboring hotel is sketchy but without leaving our hotel grounds we would've never known, the microwave front glass was missing but that didn't hinder the unit from working and could've put more than 2 pillows on a king bed but I was okay I just went and purchased a pillow no biggie

Very clean and an excellent location. The staff was friendly and it appears to be a family run operation. It's very no-frills, which is what I was looking for. It also felt safe with only the one entrance to the parking lot and everywhere in view.

There isn't anywhere to set down stuff like towels or a change of clothing in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a bar by the toilet for those of us with mobility issues, as well.

How close it was to nrg lady at front desk was really nice ...told me if there was no parking. She would move her car. That's really nice...also room was ready when I got there

Free breakfast only included packaged honey bun and raisins bran cereal The next morning nothing.

Very convenient to our destination; healthy eating places nearby; staff exceptionally kind and helpful; clean and comfortable; price was excellent so we did not expect luxury; parking area felt very secure; easy check in and check out; nice air conditioning…the unit was quiet and provided level background white noise that made sleep easier and we were not aware of outside noises; TV channels available were great, better than most; it had several surfaces available for our bags, which I appreciate, since so many places really have only one place a bag can be placed.

We expected from the pictures that we would have an easy chair, but there was not one in the room. My husband likes to sit up at night when he can’t get back to sleep. So that was a bit of a problem for him. Otherwise, it served our purposes for a comfortable, convenient, safe and inexpensive place to stay for one night for a medical appointment. It was not a luxury accommodation, but it worked for us.
