Got stuck overnight because of severe weather issues an cancelled flights for a lot of people. All smaller hotels within airport vicinity were booked, but there was a room available at the Le Meridien. For the cost, and the sheer comfort and beauty, I wish I had time to actually enjoy this hotel more! A little more than I wanted to spend, but it’s a BEAUTIFUL place, with a comfortable bed and room! Crystal at checkout, and sweetheart at check in(I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!) were vey kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, Sam was my server. She was lovely!!!

As you enter the hotel later in the evening, check in is on the 2nd floor, and there was no sign. Valet was kind, and came inside to let me know.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful. They saved us $ by suggesting the parking garage as opposed to valet parking. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Rooms very quiet and the bedding was comfortable.

Booking said breakfast was included, but this is not the case. Gratefully, the staff made it right for us and provided us vouchers.

The beds are comfortable, the shower was fine, good pressure and temperature. Food in the restaurant was fine. Rooftop bar was a nice touch

Tv reception was spotty. Cleaning staff missed things and didn’t come one day. Had to wait for some minutes for the elevator and the phone in my room didn’t work at all

staff was friendly and welcoming. Bar upstairs was fantastic. Great view of the city.

If i had to complain about anything (mind you i was very satisfied), The only thing i could say was that the windows looking out into city were dirty. and you could not take great pictures of the city from the room Mind you we are in Spring and it could have been the pollen. Other than that no complaints.

The room was HUGE! My view was over the city and I loved how big the window is! The room was extremely clean which surprised me because I was able to check in at like 9am. The woman at the front desk helped me and was extremely kind to allow me to check in so early. I didn’t get to try the restaurant downstairs but I’ll be back

My room was not refreshed which confused me a little. I was not expecting full turndown but at least a made up bed and new towels.

We liked the area, the cleanliness of the room, the staff were amazing, especially Vivian.

The valet left my car in reverse, and we had to get a new battery and pay for a mobile mechanic to come out. I still haven't received my money back from the valet service.

I didn’t like how valet last my best friend debit card that’s very weird and we look all around her car for it and it was nowhere to be found so yeah somebody needs to make sure valet not doing anything weird

We loved the amenities at the hotel. The staff was great, from check in to valet everyone was super friendly and very helpful!! We will definitely book here again!!!

The only things we didn't like were the pillows on the bed. They were too soft and scrunchy, my husband and I both woke up with cricks in our neck. Also, there was only decaffeinated coffee in our room so my husband had to go find a housekeeper in his pj's to get regular coffee from.

I love the facilities of the hotel and the rooms were really good

Since I booked I asked the property to make and early check in, they mentioned they had to review if it’s possible (it’s COVID and not a high season, but ok). When arriving I tried to to the early check in, said it was 50 dlls extra fee and it’s seemed that being a Booking member was not good for the hotel. The fact that there’s no restaurants open and the fees remain the same. No even a grab-and-go or some facilites in the room. The partnership they have with The Nash don’t work as well. I called two times 40 min before closing and they stopped answering the phone and receiving orders.

The breakfast was great, there were many dishes to choose.
