Read a lot of other Harker Heights/Killeen hotel reviews before deciding to stay at this Best Western and it was worth the effort to find the perfect place for a 3 night stay! The staff there was pleasant, the entire hotel was spotless, the beds and pillow very comfortable for those that prefer a softer mattress and pillow, there was a lot of storage space, nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, the breakfast buffet was substantial and excellent, it was very quiet in our room considering the nearby roads and stores/restaurants, it was easy to get wherever we needed to go, AC worked perfectly, WiFi was excellent but needed to log in each time we returned to the room... not really a problem. Enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was 6 to 9, maybe extend to 10:00 for late sleepers?

I did not like the front desk man told me to make sure my spouse or friend does not come into the hotel smelling like weed because they have security that will knock on my door. why he told me that when I checked in I have no idea. I felt singled out as a black women. idk if this only gets told to black individuals or not but I did not like that at all and if I could have cancelled my reservation I would have. I will not come back to this hotel because of that.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Pool/weight room were convenient. Room was clean

The hallways smelled musty very humid, the carpet add random stains. It gave a dirty feeling. Our room had a smell as if people smoked in the room even though it was non smoking. The room was clean, but the hallways and the smell of the room could have most definitely been better. It made us feel kind of unconfortable while in the hallways. Also the card reaaders need to be updated. Takes forever for card to work to get into room

What wasn't to like?! This hotel is clean, clean, clean! The breakfast was delicious and always stocked even close to closing time. Everything was seriously wonderful! Great location, with in an hour or 2 to most major Texas attractions. We had a wonderful trip.

I literally cannot say one bad thing about this place.

The staff was excellent. The night attendant (Jessica)was great. She secure my furniture and and give some plastic to help cover it because of the rain. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. Overall it was one of the best hotels I've have visited.

Customer service was excellent...room was very clean and I'm super picky... towels were very white and clean... Furniture in the room very clean... The only negative thing I have to say was the cable didn't work... But the manager told me that when I checked in...they had a cable guy working on it... I appreciate the honesty and transparency from management...

We did not have any problems. It was a little expensive but I guess it was worth it.

I didn’t like that the carpet was always wet in the room. I had on the perfect shoes for the situation. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

It was convenient to the location we needed. I called ahead to say we were running late and the front desk said rest assured your room will be here just have a safe trip. That really meant a lot just for the thoughtfulness.
