Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston League City

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. it’s right next to Big League Dreams, so the location was perfect. I felt a little bad because our team was very excited to be there (i.e., a little wild), but the staff was so friendly and understanding about the whole situation. They are used to it and do their best to separate the baseball guest from the non-baseball groups. :) But I also apologize to the non-baseball guest. Ha! The room was almost spotless and you could tell the cleaning staff really paid special attention to detail. I loved how they even had the toilet set up when we walked into the room for the first time so you could really see how clean it was. I was really impressed. It was too chilly to use the outdoor pool, but I think it would have been great for our team. The continental breakfast was wonderful with so much selection. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely stay here again.

Really the only negative I had here was the Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest, so I had to listen to my son complain about the speed and then he just ended up connecting to my hot spot.

Excellent location and staff were exceptional. Quickly responded to any problem and resolved any issue we had with the room.

I booked for two adults and two children. Was advised it would be a king bed and roll out suitable for the two children. The roll out was only a twin and NOT suitable for a 2 and 5 year old together. Need to fix the listing to show that this rooming only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. There were also no pillows or top sheet for the roll out (handled quickly by staff as noted above)

Our family stayed for 7 days. We love this place. We have been in many different hotels all around Texas, and this is one of the top places to stay. Super clean, super comfortable rooms. Personnel very attentive. The cleaning lady kept our room super clean and smelling super nice. Will definitely come back in the future.

I actually had a complaint regarding noise and the front desk worker Kat was not helpful nor was she concerned. I was very disappointed because everyone else on staff was very hospitable and I will for sure go back to this property for my next family visit because the rest of the staff were great! Sean H and Ebony were helpful and professional as well as the housekeeping and breakfast worker! We stayed for 5 days and my only issue was at 3:00 am with the front desk worker telling me she would check on the noise when she was done her paperwork.

The hotel was nice and clean. It is located in a nice area, lots of shopping and dining areas.

Didn't get much sleep the first night . Other guests were out at the patio until 2am . Our room was on the third floor and could hear loud music and loud conversations. I called the front desk to ask them to lower the nosie. It was only lower for a few min.

Location was very convenient was within 20 minutes of everything. Rooms were clean although one did have a smell to it that we took care of with air freshener. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The pillows sucked, but that is something different for everyone. Other than the pillows and the smell in the one room everything was great.

I absolutely loved this property. It was clean. it always smelled good every time I walked in. I always was greeted each time I passed by the front. Breakfast was amazing!!! I loved the waterfall walls in front especially at night with the colors. Great for photo ops! Just like the pictures shown! A 10 for sure.

The pool area is very small not so great no hot tub but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to shopping and restaurants. The facilites are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and professional.

The breakfast hours could be extended a bit longer during the weekday.

Property and location was great. Front desk staff and kitchen staff was more than great. Very clean and spacious room.

Little disappointed in the breakfast. Just sausage egg and cheese biscuits instead of scrambled eggs and meat. Don’t like cheese and biscuits was not good. Also no bread for toast.

It's a delicious and generous "continental " breakfast.

The "refresh" housekeeping received based on the number of nights I spent was mediocre. Coming back to a bed that was at least made and a wiped down sink would have been nice not just clean towels.
