Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - NASA - Johnson Space Center

The property was really clean, rooms were spacious. It is just opposite of the Nasa Space Centre. There are many restaurants and fast food options nearby.

Our booking was with breakfast. We thought it will be proper breakfast but we were very disappointed with the breakfast! It was grab and go kind of a breakfast. only coffee and some oat bars and some muffins. Half of the time it was not available also. We had to ask them to refill every time.

Everything. We came to visit Nasa and the location could not have been better. The fact I could cook my own meals was a great point. The Staff was amazing all the way from checking in to checking out. I will definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this place to ALL my friends. Thank you and keep up the great work.

No pool and there was no breakfast as advertised. But this won't keep me from coming back.

Amazing location, just have to cross the street to go to the Space Centre

The lady who helped with my checkin was very rude, for some reason it wasn’t showing that I had already paid the stay and she treated me rudely since the first moment I got there. After I called Booking to help me with my reservation, they called the hotel and she was again rude as hell with me.

Room and cleanness

When I try to check in, there were no rooms available, which was a negative moment. The staff checked and was able to give me an available room, but the experience was not pleasant. Now I know that the next time, there won't be a warranty on getting a room even if I reserve it.

I called early in the day and asked for a ground floor room. was told there were some available and a note would be made. when i arrived, there were no rooms and no mention of the "note." I ended up on the third floor.

I was delighted with all the staff. The coffee and breakfast is excellent! I lengthened my stay the staff is excellent friendly professional and excellent service.

There’s nothing to not like highly recommend this location comfortable, quiet, clean and all staff superior!

The location is nice which is next to the Nasa Space Center. You just need to cross one street and parking lots. The room that I booked provides a small kitchen and a medium refrigerator. The room's decoration is a little bit old but is clean. So to me, it is acceptable with this price.

Now they repair the roof. Sometimes it will make noise.

Great location, comfortable bed very quite area.

Pillows were small and little hard, blanket was thin, hot water didn't work well , maid walk in my room without knocking said my room was on list unoccupied.

This was a very comfortable stay for myself and my teens. It was very clean with a separate kitchenette and bathroom. Also my stay was surprisingly quiet, even on a holiday weekend. I will stay again.

No breakfast was available, but understandable due to Covid-19 restrictions.

No one to help with the luggage, if not for a nice staff girl. No taxi Just before I leave the phone wasn't working for 2 days. The breakfast wasn't up to my expectation.
