The bathrooms were clean and there was a daily complimentary cleaning service despite our multi night stay. It was optional, and we opted out for the sake of simplicity, but the room was cleaned with fresh towels on the second night anyway! The staff was also super friendly!

The breakfast was quite lackluster, but it was free so I dare not complain. I definitely partook in the breakfast daily, I just had to add some salt to give it the pep it was needing. Pack your own snack because the ones in the lobby were atrociously expensive.

The room was very clean and just the right amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and good. There was plenty of places to eat very near by and the location was quite and there wasn't a bunch of outside noise.

The breakfast was the same for the 2 days we were there, it would have been nice for it to be different choice on each day, or at least every other day. The food was good and hot and there was plenty of placed to sit and eat breakfast.

This booking location was excellent!! The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! The rooms were spectacular with the lotions, soaps, shampoo/conditioner,& body wash in the bathroom!! I loved that!! Breakfast was on point!! Hot and ready to be served!! The employees were amazing. Eric, Max, Kitty, and a few others were very friendly and helped as much as I asked for my family.

To be honest, there wasn’t anything that I could say was wrong. The only thing I could suggest is maybe certain rooms (and this could be done already, I’m not sure) have a microwave in it so that it wouldn’t be inconvenient for the children to be in the lobby if they get hungry in the night. Everything else was perfect and the service!

very spacious and clean rooms. the hotel is very conveniently located for visiting the space center. there are also many shops and restaurants nearby.

breakfast goes from 6 to 9, especially on weekends they should extend the time to 10. the variety of breakfast food could be improved as well.

Pancake machine was a disaster. Older technology was better than the new technology. The modern machine malfunctioned our whole stay. When it did work it was extremely slow and guests had to wait 10 minutes to get pancakes.

Very very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Miss Kitty who was the breakfast person kept the area well stocked and very clean! She also had a wonderful smile that she shared with everyone. Sure started my day off right.

The staff, room and hotel itself was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed being able to hang out in the common area.

The breakfast. This is the only thing I wish was a little better. Not much of a selection and the quality of the food was just ok.

Room is clean and spacious, hotel facilities are well maintained, it looks new to me in any way. Most impressive thing is bed and pillows, really comfortable and I even wanted to know what brand the mattress is, wanna have one in my home

Breakfast provided everything a person would want. I we wanted information or any other thing we needed, the staff were great..

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The staff always made sure everything was stocked throughout the morning.

The automatic pancake maker churned out some rubbery pancakes...I think waffles would be better.
