tv for king room delux was way to small and the water pressure wasn’t get also Wi-Fi was terrible

breakfast included, rooms are clean, nice!

someone tried to come in my room when I was asleep. Did not make entry

Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, bagels (no cream cheese), muffins, granola bars, & fruit. Nothing impressive.

Cream cheese with the bagels would have been very nice. It looked like there was blood on the bottom of the door frame. The telephone was unusable and a knob was missing on one of the sconce lights. I reported the maintenance issues to the front desk.

The sweet was nice, the bed was comfortable and thr coffee was perfect.

The pool is still down, my wife has to stay there all day and the pool was the main reason she wanted to stay with me.

When we got to our room we were not happy with the room. We informed one of the hotel maids. She took pictures & promptly sent them to her supervisor. The supervisor inspected the room & agreed the room was unacceptable & promptly move us to another room. During our stay all of the hotel staff were kind & very attentive to anything we needed.

Great Location, clean, nice staff.....

I was awaken at 4am with a wake up call that must have been for the prior guest, and i wasn't able to go back to sleep. I told front desk and nothing was offerd for the inconvenience. That disappointed me as this is the only place i stay when in town.

The hotel front desk night clerk was FABULOUS! When I got to my room it was two double beds instead of the King bed I had requested on BOOKING.COM. The front desk clerk said “It’s a REGULAR OCCURRENCE with BOOKING.COM.” She quickly moved me to the room I had requested where I had a peaceful night’s rest. However, after this experience with BOOKING.COM, I will use a different booking option in the future.

No fault of the hotel. After traveling all afternoon I was exhausted. Finding out that BOOKING.COM had dropped the ball was irritating.

it was in a great location and easy to access

not too much everything was clean as expected. The only issue I seen was a couple of scratches on the wall with paint missing other than that everything was good.

The property is nice but I was most impressed with the employees. I stayed at the hotel for several nights during the winter storm we just had. The employees were very helpful, professional, and polite. A couple of them went out of their way to help me find someone to drive me to my home to check on my pets. I greatly appreciated their effort.

The burners on the stovetop were barely functional. It would’ve been nice to have a knife that would cut something like an apple or pear but all that was available were butter knives. I managed but a slightly better stocked kitchen would be wonderful. I’m sure theft is a real issue and that’s a shame.
