The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. A young lady helped me with the tv and was very friendly. Also, a lady manning the desk in the early evening helped us with the tv the last night we were there. She was more friendly than the other desk clerk's. Breakfast was good. Felt safe in the hotel.
The woman at the front desk when we arrived did not greet us, never smiled. Same thing happened with a different woman when we checked out. We had to have someone come to both rooms to help get the tv to work.

The cook at this location was excellent. She deserves a raise. I was able to get a ground floor room, which I had asked for from a third floor room.
The frig wasn't ready and working when I got there. The bed was wet. Had to have new bedding brought in and the receptionist helped change the sheets.

Everyone was very nice from the fromt desk to the housekeeping dept. Very clean facility.
The pool area bathroom got locked with no one in it and I had requested someone to unlock it and nobody came.
