In a good location and close to everything. The breakfast was good and hot. The staff was pleasant

We didn't have enough towels and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. I went to the desk 3 times asking for things. The poor girl seemed extremely frazzled.

I enjoyed breakfast, but it was light. The all day coffee in the lobby was wonderful!!! Staff and management worked well together!

Only thing I did not like was the tile in our room was a bit sticky when we walked on it. Not a big deal.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. My booking reservation was not found and the price was not correct but they are working on correcting it. Breakfast was great one day but not the next (not enough staff members) ac in the room worked great, room was clean, bed comfortable

Reservation was not found, overcharged for the room, super friendly front desk lady corrected it but not down to the booking price given the me. Hot (no air conditioning) in the hall way (at least on 3rd floor) elevator had heavy dripping water sounds, breakfast one day was severely lacking (I believe due to not enough staff) so it was way under par compared to the day before when it was great; rooms have super thin walls so we could hear the conversation next door, and the bathroom had very low quality towels. For the price it just was not what I thought it should be. Next trip we will go to the hotel across the street.

The room

The noise that I heard when I returned from my uncle's memorial service. It was as if there was a party of some sort. The clerk on duty when I arrived and checked out was not personable

The staff was absolutely amazing. Jose is one of the best concierge’s ever!!

Having one of the elevators down cause for not the most comfortable elevator service.

Nice big room with spa was nice, was able to relax quietly. Staff was nice and helpful. Clean room.

Could have had faster speed internet, but that’s all.

First room assigned was very nice and comfortable, but a loud 300 hertz tone was emanating from the bathroom, The staff person quickly assigned us a new room. We had some difficulty operating the thermostat, but was able to learn quickly.

I liked the location of the handicap area parking lot. It was very convenient for my vision impaired spouse, close to the front doors.

The property is just fine just as it is.

Property location was perfect. I come “home” once a month to see my elderly Mother. I always feel safe, the hotel is clean and the staff is superb.

it would be nice if they offered decaf in the lobby.

The manager Lauri went out of her way for me when there was a billing issue. Despite being overbooked by some third parties, she made sure that I was able to keep my reservation in the room I had requested (the king suite with the jacuzzi tub - this was a much needed get away during a very stressful time). She even went so far as to comp the room but in the end it wasn’t necessary as she was able to straighten out the billing issue. She was amazing and so was Patty the front desk person who had to listen to me lose it for a minute! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Nothing. Clean and convenient. Vending was a little lacking but we made do. My friend pointed out the coffee was terrible but that was the only negative we could find.
