Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities, loved the mirror in the bathroom..

Full mirror missing from room. Hooks to hang mirror was on the wall, but no mirror. Room had a desk chair but no couch type of a chair. We ordered a pizza and my husband had no where to sit. We were traveling and had stayed in 3 other hotels and they all had an extra chair. Breakfast kitchen was not refilled. Had Biscuits, no gravy, had bagels, no cream cheese, had 2 round type eggs and no sausage.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. I'm always thankful for a hotel that allows dogs.

The beds were extremely hard. I asked for 1st floor rooms but was given 3rd floor. My husband is handicap and if the elevators go out this would have been awful which they did during the night but were fixed by morning. The parking lot definitely needs to be bigger.

This location is right off the freeway. Easy on and off.

Hot tub didn’t work. I booked the hotel based on the amenities that were listed, and hot tub was listed.

The quietness

Hard pillows and no comforter

From when we first walked into the hotel, the experience was great. The person who checked us in, I believe her name was Denise, was so helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was so nice And clean smelling. It was all great. The room was so nice. The bed was just right and the room was so big.. There was a microwave and a mini fridge so was so convenient to help keep the drinks cold for the night. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was an exceptional room.

The only thing I have bad to say is that the key didn't work at first, but was taken care of right away.

it looked clean and new. the room was huge which was so nice! bed was comfortable! lots of pillows which is so nice because we usually have to ask for extra pillows because I can’t sleep with one pillow.

the only thing was the door handle to the closet was broken and when we were trying to pay, the card reader wouldn’t take our card so that was a small hiccup. good thing we had another card!

The breakfast was okay. The service in the kitchen was slow and they only had a few items. No toaster for the bread or bagels, no hard boiled eggs, and only green tea. The location was right off the interstate but you couldn't hear the traffic.

The hot tub was warm but it could have been a little warmer.

Since we were just passing through, we appreciated its close proximity to the highway. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

This was a really nice looking hotel, but the workmanship on the remodeled bathroom was poor. This didn’t affect our comfort, but we think these sloppy repairs do detract from a hotel’s overall reputation as a quality place to stay. Also, the security lock on our door was missing.

It was very clean and the rooms were very nice. The shower head was very high up which is nice because I sometimes struggle with showers at hotels because of my height. It was also nice because there was tons of parking and I had no problem finding a place.

Clean room, modern.

A/C was very loud. Went to breakfast 10 minutes after they started serving and coffee was empty. People dropped food and workers just left it on the floor. Trash was overflowing..
