It was a dirty room. The front closes at 9 or 10; you can't get towels room key reset ; they even asked my granddaughter why she wanted tissue. Very unconcerned and most inconsiderate. The room had not been clean. Cat or dog hair all in the beds, vent and the floor. I hope to not have an experience like that again
The dirty floors, the animal hair on the beds, floor and vents. No real customer service. I called to complain about no hot water. The guy pretty much ssid' it was impossible because the others never complained. But he didn't like my tone so he hung up on me. I immediately walked to the office in my house coat( that was a 1st for me). They came and made me have hot water after a process.

It's a nice quiet place no one bothered me it has a kitchen it and a full size fridge. If someone needs to live here it would be the place to live if you do 2 weeks or more it's 35 a day But you got to book it all at 1 time to get that discount
The only thing I didn't like is I was here for a week but I paid 3 and 4 days at a time they didn't take consideration of me being here that long and give me the discount I asked why they said I would have a would have to book all my days at all at time 1 time not split up I would have but I didn't know I was gonna be here this long I really don't see what that matters

property was very clean. I have 3 children, didn’t see a single bug, or anything dirty. staff was very nice, room was ready when we arrived and you can’t beat the price, kitchen was lovely.
possibly the fact that no one is available to help you between hours of 11pm-7am, this was fine for us because we came prepared but could have potentially been an issue.
