Best Western Plus Longhorn Inn & Suites

I liked that it was right off the interstate and there was a Bucee's a short distance for food and gas.

The entrance/driveway isn't well marked. I checked in late, so there wasn't anyone at the front desk, which was understandable since it was midnight. What bothered me was that the person that came out wasn't friendly. There was no welcome greeting, I was made to feel like I was a bother. As soon as I was given the key with information of the elevators, the guy walked away. I wasn't given information on the times that breakfast was being served or even a good night.

very clean and accommodating. The reason for our stay was to attend the memorial service of a loved one. Afterward we wanted to visit with cousins we hadn’t seen in years. The manager allowed our family to visit in the cafeteria since it was not in use.

The property was very clean. If there was any issue at all it would be ants in the swimming pool. aThough, for my husband, son and I it wasn’t a big deal.

The desk attendant made an effort to be sure I was given a ground floor room.

The Continental breakfast. I've stayed at two Best Western hotels in the past two days. Neither offered a good breakfast, in my opinion. The Longhorn rated below the other BW.

Microwave breakfast options good, but hoping for more hot breakfast options. Felt very safe, very friendly.

Had to wait for waffles to be filled and machines to be heated up, one day heated, but no mix, next day mix and nothing turned on, and one day no juice and no and apple juice, just water came out of them. We went out for breakfast every day.

So clean and the rooms were large and very comfortable. Front desk person was accommodating and friendly. Having an elevator was spectacular (we decided that was our new favorite attribute) . Bathroom was spacious and water pressure amazing. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Towels could have been a bit thicker.

Since we got in late we slept in. Went to breakfast at 8:30 and everything was gone. Would have loved more options.

Very comfortable bed with good size TV and several channels to include many premium. Not far from great BBQ in Lockhart about 15 miles up the road. I liked this so much I extended a night and front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Coffee in lobby was terrible and tasted as if it was left over from the previous day. The hotel also ran out of grab and go breakfasts by 0815 which was supposed to be available until 0930

It is clean and nice place but the same quality in gonzales is 25 a night less so i feel its price gouging a bit for the big interstate exit traffic because of Buc-cies to be honest

The King mattress needs to be upgraded in 111. Not real bad but it is time.

How big and spacious the room was! very comfortable!

All the birds at the entrance and my car getting pooped on. It’s almost kinda insane how many birds are nested in the overhead at entrance

The staff was kind. The room was large and clean. The area appears very safe. Everything in room works. Nice shower. Nice bed, lots of pillows. AC works very well. Pretty. Good value

There is no food delivery at all in the area. The ac is a bit noisy. You can hear people above you. The toilet makes some noise.
