The breakfast was great with a variety of things to eat , not picked over. Nice atmosphere and great coffee.

The lock on the door wasn’t as secure it was loose also the door couldn’t always close properly and there was a stain on the carpet from previous guests. I didn’t have a view of pool as stated when I booked a room but it was too chilly to swim anyway .

I’ve already shared this location with several family members who travel frequently. Room was very comfortable, no stale smell, bathroom clean. No need to step out for breakfast…Coffee fresh & hot, good selection of breakfast food items. Definitely using this location again.

the staff that was in charge of the breakfast buffet always complaining about having to bring more food out, about the trash getting full, about how she doesn’t understand why people can not be there early instead of waiting 10 minutes before the time is over and just over all lady was always in a horrible mood that it made the guest feel uncomfortable…I really don’t like to complain but it was for the whole time that my family and I were there 🙁🙁🙁

it was clean & peaceful?

i went to the pool area to try to relax but there were rude people & noise people cussing & drinking & kids not being watched so I just left area immediately I wasn’t happy in that part 😠

I was not allowed to get credit for my Choice Priviledges program. Also I was not able to use my AARP discount since I booked through Expedia.

Breakfast was really good!!

Not a thing other smoking area needed some landscaping and two chairs. And a private fence/lattace.

Location convenience, they stocked the room with extra coffee each day, staff was pleasant.

The smoking area and surrounding flower beds were littered with cigarette butts, even though there were ashtrays present. The floors of the room and bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

The location was excellent - right on I-10 in Seguin, Texas - but our room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. The hotel was very clean and all the Covid precautions in place. The normal full breakfast was reduced to coffee and pastries also due to the Covid restrictions but was adequate. There was hand santizer everywhere - even by the elevator and was automatic - no touch necessary - before entering the lift. Overall good experience.

A very insignificant detail: the bathroom door would not stay open - it closed regardless. However, it did not ever slam or make noise.....just wanted to let some of the shower warmth out while I used the mirror. Was not something that would keep me from staying in that same room tomorrow.

priced too high for the room. The breakfast was highly lacking. I did not see on the bill where I got my AAA discount.

Location and staff

Ceiling was falling apart, Needs repairs. Also the shower had mold. The price was high for what we got.
