Great coffee, supplies upon request. Extended stay no house keeping perfect for privacy while in transition of tying up loose ends moving out of state.. Excellent staff, especially Kris who was very knowledgeable of supplies I could purchase in close proximity to the hotel. Thanks and I hope La Quinta can keep good help with rising cost of living.

Breakfast was a granola bar and a bottled water likely due to supply chain issues.. I say this because nearby food chains were having issues obtaining what was needed for combo meals. Thanks for the water and granola since they really are enough to sustain you till other food can be had..

Breakfast was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage was hot and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We had a family suite but we didn't have pillows for the pull out bed. We had taken our own anyway so no big deal. We asked housekeeping to remedy that after our first night and it was handled quickly. The room did have a mildew smell but it wasn't unbearable.

I was able to check in about 1 hour early and get a nap before our training evolutions at the Fire Training Facility. The hotel appeared very nice, and the interior was the same. The room was clean and very cool when you stepped inside so that was a plus.

Some of the bathroom molding was messed up and the toilet was running throughout the stay. This did not affect the stay whatsoever, but it will ultimately cost the hotel over time.

the door to our room was hard to open like it was stuck had to put my body into it to push it open . ended up with a bruised shoulder. i am 67 years old the next time I needed to open the door I pushed it open with my foot instead . I did let them know before I left so they can fix it before another guest gets the room.

it was very neat inside & out. the young man at the front desk was very kind & helpful. Didn’t catch his name but if you can track who it was, he should know he was doing a good job. 😊

parking was very limited. we had a small trailer behind our car & you could use a little more space.

Good access to New Braunfels without crowds. Restaurants in close proximity for convenience.

Not enough parking with company vehicles taking up several spaces while families staying for ball tournaments. Highway noise, but was to be expected due to location.

Within 5 min to the field we needed to be at this weekend.

I arrived promptly at 3 pm to check in, once there I was told the room wouldn’t be ready for another 15 min. When you are on a timed schedule that was frustrating. We managed to drop our bags in our room and not return until later that night. One of the lamps did not work at all, and the water temperature never got any hot, luke warm at best.

Check in was quick and staff was super nice. Felt super relaxed because it was quiet and we had a nice view.

Something is up with those beds. Husband and I woke up with my back hurting so bad that I was literally in tears.

Very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was ok but mininal.

Need to post they're remodeling...fitness center closed, etc. Also, fridge was small and only cooled to 60 degrees...😖

When I booked it saids breakfast included, and it's not, they said due to covid ,covid is not going no where.
