It was clean, smoke free, and for the money very nice… The breakfast was a bonus and it was quite good. The beds were comfortable. The cable television was great too..

The entry light above the entrance into the room was out. However, the lamps beside the bed and on the desk was sufficient. Seeing that the room could sleep up to 4 people, they should provide more than just one face towel…

They were very accommodating to my situation. We were without power for 4 days at our home and they were very helpful in getting us a room with our dog.

The breakfast was not good, not really a good complaint because it's free .. but it could have been better. The beds were not comfortable at all, I did not sleep well but the rooms made up for it with their large size and the jacuzzi tub was phenomenal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful 😀 I was greeted by someone whenever I entered or exited.

I being disabled depend on handicap accessible parking, but it was extremely limited. The room floors upon exiting the elevator held a strong oder which at times was a little more than I could take. Bring sanitizer and air freshener.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We left an importantem in our room and they notified us immediately. This was over and above. Really appreciated their effort.

Hotel need some upgrades. Even though things were clean needed a little TLC. The business next door may have some things to do with the heavy traffic in and out of the hotel.

most of the staff were extremely kind and courteous, especially Shiela! She went above and beyond to help us with our needs and talking with her was like talking to a friend. Amy was very kind as well!

our room specifically had damage to the dresser that had the refrigerator in. it seemed low budget for what we were paying a day. Sheets had king size instead of queen, pillows were flat

The breakfast was mediocre but very fresh. I wish there was a variety of different breakfast everyday. The location was outstanding!! I really enjoyed the view and the hospitality of the staff.

The room was very small and compact. Also, there wasn't any extra pillows, covers or towels. I was under the impression that my room would have a let out bed but it didn't and the furniture looked like it was chipped & worn out.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk worker. She let me know exactly where I could part to make my walk to the elevator short and direct. The entire area was well kept and not alone of noise.

Staff were very friendly and understanding.

Our room was only half made up when we checked in. There was also no fridge in the room. This is the only reason we rated the hotel the way we did.

It had just went through bad weather (tornado) so breakfast wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. But what they had was cool.

I loved the breakfast, bed was comfortable, and shower was great. The indoor pool was nice.

I seen a few bugs in my room. I don’t like bugs. I only seen two but at that time I was on alert.
