The beds were very comfortable. Very spacious and comfortable room.

The carpet needs replaced. There needed to have more towels and wash cloths. Also, the lip of the shower could be a little higher to keep water off the floor. Need larger pillows on the beds. Also, more than one trashcan in the room. More toiletries per guests. Also, better lighting. The pad on the ironing board needs replaced. Better parking.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was located across from several fast-food restaurants and two doors down from a nice Mexican restaurant. It was also close to downtown Jefferson.

The hotel is located next to a busy highway. Whenever large trucks would drive by the bed would shake. Also, the blaring of train horns could be heard throughout the day and night. There was mold near the ceiling in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the staff at check-out.

Very nice and clean. Seemed fairly new and modern. Comfortable bed. You can park right at your door. Convenient

Room had a definite Marijuana smell. And the window does not open. Room should have been aired out better before putting a new guest in.

The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean....just needs some updating.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like but they did not serve breakfast. The staff was very accommodating about telling us where we could go to eat.

I like that this place has always been clean. The staff is usually friendly.

They advertise breakfast, which is one of the reasons I booked my stay. However, management is using Covid-19 as an excuse to not serve breakfast. I was unhappy about the false advertising.

The toilet seat was broken. Ask to fix but didn’t. Had to ask for fresh towels and bed Linens. Not enough for 2 people.

Lea (not sure of correct spelling) went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Excellent staff. Someone give her a raise.

All went exceeding well but for the tv. We do not watch much but they finally kinda fixed it. We were able to watch without commercials so it ended well.

The rooms and hotel are very clean. After some initial issues with the room I was first booked for, ( office chair broke, and no microwave) I was moved to another room and all was taken care of.

there was an odor when we walked into the room. I guess we got used to it….tv didn’t work well. dish was on/off

I absolutely loved staying here. We stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. Clean property, SUPER clean sheets, & it smelt inviting coming into our hotel room.
