Close to airport, with shuttle bus and breakfast 😊 Good service recovery from Leo at the front desk when I came in all irritated about having to take a cab to the hotel from the airport.

You need to call them to come get you at the airport, because apparently they don’t get messages sent via Booking. com I ended up taking a cab from the airport because I didn’t want to incur int’l call charges. However they kindly reimbursed me the cab fare. One more thing to note is that the breakfast is substantial - but everything was incredibly salty!

There us a complimentary shuttle bus to/from airport, even at midnight. You must arrange it with the hotel (which can prove a bit tricky, as they don’t always receive the messages sent via Booking .com). The breakfast is pretty good too!

It’s a small thing, but I wish the breakfast hours were extended by an hour. For those of us exhausted from intercontinental travel, that extra hour means a lot!

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Some hotels say they provide breakfast and it's a sad, stale bagel but this place exceeded all our expectations. They definitely go above and beyond.

Honestly I can't think of anything that could have been better. A truly comfortable and pleasant experience all around.

The location and the amenities were awesome ! The staff from management ( Leo ) to the housekeeping personnel went above and beyond to assure that our stay was comfortable as possible .

The Hotel is a bit dated but the staff makes it work ! No complains here and will definitely come back .

Breakfast was delicious and included. The servers were very kind and helpful. The food was a different variety each day. We used the free airport shuttle to and from the airport as well as a trip to Walmart. This was a great benefit to us. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet,

We went through a problem with the bill when we checked in; staff was really helpful, but manager had a terrible attitude after we try to review the problem few days after we checked out.

Very nice and very clean. The front staff were polite and friendly!! We had questions about the area and restaurant and they were very helpful. The restaurant and bar onsite was delicious and everything was at a reasonable price. I took my little Maltese and they are very reasonable with the pet fee and policy.

The property is well decorated. Excellent staff. The beds are comfy. The breakfast is amazing! I will definitely stay hete again.

My only gripe is that the shower in my room had terrible to non existent water pressure, which made it difficult to take a shower.

The location was convenient eatery’s were close. Fast access to the freeway and airport. The rooms were exactly as in the website. The breakfast was great the staff that served us were very cordial with everyone. The breakfast was buffet style precaution of social distancing. Hallways were clean and it was quite.

There was a smell in the hall ways they were clean but it was very minimal ( the smell was like a humid smell) as when you have a wet towel and you don’t let dry it leaves a humid smell. There is a pool it could be when you walk wet to your room water stays in carpet. Like I said very minimal smell.

The hotel was really clean. The employees were really polite and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean and there was a big parking lot outside, which was really helpful.

There was a humidity smell in the room, which was not a problem as we only stayed for one night, but would have bothered us if we had stayed longer.
