very clean, all workers were very friendly and helpful. housekeeping even loaned us a broom so w we could sweep sand out of our rental car. Pop was warm (one of the few outdoor pools that was heated!) so we used it a lot. breakfast was fantastic—eggs, meats, tortillas, waffles, cereal, yogurt, English muffins, gravy, fresh fruit!

a little isolated, but what can you expect on the end of a sand bar? 😛

The room was clean and comfortable. When I checked in I was given the option of first or second floor and chose first floor. we were given a room at the very end and enjoyed a quiet weekend. And I’d course, the breakfast each morning was phenomenal!

We loved our stay here!! The property was clean, plenty of space for my family of six, the customer service was exceptional! The gals who cleaned our room decorated the kids beds with their little plush stuffed animals. Made it really special. They loved that. All the little details. Such a blessing to stay here. Super great breakfast and super close to everything.

I was very nervous because it was so affordable for the weekend. This location exceeded my expectations. It was very very nice, great staff, incredible breakfast options! We walked to the beach and dinner so great location.

We had an awesome 5 night stay at this hotel. Front desk and housekeeping staff are amazingly kind and friendly. Room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Pool is 90° and perfect for evening swimming. Super close to the beach. Breakfast was good everyday. Lots of items to choose from. Next time we are in Port A, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful Spring Break.

Only bad was the breakfast attendant, she was not friendly but because everyone else made it such a good experience we highly recommend staying here.

The breakfasts were excellent, 24 hour coffee and water was an unexpected plus. The coffee was exceptionally great. Staff was friendly and very accomodatinv

We booked a kitchenette room. The lighting for cooking was pretty much nonexistent Parking was also problematic. Very tight and lots of golf carts were allowed to stay overnight which is against policy

The waffles were some of the best I’ve ever had. The eggs were not good but who cares, it’s eggs.

There were lots of flies and mosquitoes that got into the room every night. There was a small gap at the bottom of the door to outside that may have allowed misquotes in. Most likely, they came in with the cleaning crew and when we entered and exited the room. The pool rules and hours were not clearly posted at the pool.

It was me, my daughter and a niece aged 12 and 8, the day was cold and the heated pool at 90° saved the day. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed and very close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and the smell is very good, the room is very clean. Good breakfast. Excellent check-in service, very helpful and friendly staff.

I have stayed at several other best westerns and this one has hands down the best staff I’ve encountered. They were knowledge, friendly, thorough, efficient, and ensured to go above and beyond within the customer service! Keep up the hard work and let the staff know how phenomenal they are doing! the fridge in the room didn’t seem to work (no big deal for us personally) when it stormed, the stairs outside leading to the levels/floors of the hotel became extremely slippery. a potential slip/fall risk for anyone (not sure how this could be changed, but just a heads up for anyone!)

Awesome breakfast! Scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage/ham! Baked potatoes. Waffles. Bread, fruits, cookies, jams, coffee, juices, indoor and outdoor seating, very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space in room. Free parking. Nice size clean outdoor pool. Great location, walking distance to ocean!

AC is pretty noisy. Locked windows, would be nice to be able to open them.
