Days Inn by Wyndham Rockport Texas

Location was great. Across the street from the beach. Clean room, friendly staff in the morning. Nice continental breakfast.

Received a rude call from the front desk asking me when we were going to check in. I couldn’t find anything in their site saying it was a requirement to notify the hotel of when we would be arriving. I’ve not experienced that with a hotel- just Airbnbs. When I told the caller that we would check in after dinner, he hung up on me. Super weird. Other than that, everything was great.

We’re in our late 60’s and we were put in a room that was in the middle of the complex and there is a fence from end to end and no gate in the middle, so we had to walk around the fence just to get to our room or throw our suitcases and ice chest over the fence. At one point my husband noticed a big flat rock along the fence that someone had placed there to jump over and he thought of doing that and I told him that wasn’t a good idea at his age he would probably fall over and hurt himself. I was just hoping to get to our room after being out late fishing and walk right into our room.

Location was fantastic and staff was welcoming and friendly. Very clean. Nice big screen tv. Had USB charging ports by each side of the bed.

Front Office was not 24 hour, so we couldn’t get coffee in the evening. most places we stay are 24 hour availability and has coffee available round the clock. Shower didn’t have safety rails. Shower head was low pressure and could tell it was lime and scale blocking slot of the holes.

Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, coffee was good. Location was good, able to walk to a store and see the water. Vehicle was safe in the parking lot and staff was super nice checking in and out.

Nothing comes to mind. we only stayed 1 night but i did not see anything that would have made the stay bad. Not a fan of Rockport, it is a Bay and fishing town and we came down to play on the beach not fish this trip so the city was not right for our trip but the hotel was great.

Rooms were clean and updated. My dog was allowed and there is plenty of grass space and a park right across the street.

Curtains in rooms were torn up. The exterior needs updated. Breakfast was not good, no milk for cereal, just pancake and syrup, coffee, juice, and yogurt, and no utensils. Pool area was nice but they do not allow food or drinks in pool area, and it was so hot, a drink close by would have been nice.

A quick getaway, easy check in/ out, staff was very accomodating, i asked for a specific room and was granted. (With plenty of reservation time, slow season) rooms were clean with plenty of amenities, towels shampoos/ soaps...etc....pool easy access.lots of pool chairs and tables. My stay was satisfactory, will go back again in November. For sure my new place to stay. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Needs a second shelf in the shower area, door to restroom takes up all open space. No towel racks,

We we’re meeting family there. It was our first time staying here, and our family members took care of everything. We arrived late, but they waited and the rooms were big, clean, and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything that really stood out that we didn’t like. Other than a couple things that could be replaced like a couple rusty hinges. Maybe bigger parking.

Rooms next to each other was great plus we were next to pool. Loved it. Breakfast was good my kids had a lot of fun.

The only thing I really didn't like is that I couldn't take yogurt to room for my special needs child but I understand that y'all don't want trash that attract bugs. We actually picked up all the trash everyday and threw it in trash cans. Check out time we did too but I did leave 2 trash bags a little full.

When I booked i told them I would arrive late. The lady at the desk actually called to make sure i was coming. I let her know I was on way. She wished me a safe trip. When we arrived, they were so friendly & accommodating. Great to see such kindness. The room was clean, and was everything we needed. It didn't hurt that it was located directly across from the beach and could see it from our hotel window. Indeed would recommend this place to anyone.

We rented hotel room after being evicted. Nowhere else to go. We found the room fantastic. However due to our financial situation we didn't have the money to stay. By the time we got the funds to pay for two more nights they moved us rooms the first room was like fantastic the room we are in now I am highly disappointed. The room seems clean oh, but the bathroom it's too dark. As well as the vent in the bathroom it's covered in dust to no ventilation is coming through... not to mention a tiny spider bit my ankle right before I killed it. It seemed to come from underneath the bed which after looking appeared dirty as well.

On the first room I liked everything about it it was very spacious it came with a table. There was a place to put my computer, for school. It was right next to the pool. And it was quiet.
