Breakfast was ok the scrambled eggs need more flavor needs real butter and salt they were cooked in some type of oil no flavor. Coffee was weak .We only ate once at Quality Inn. We both ate at J.J. Cafe for breakfast. The location was great and the view of the ocean beautiful.

Need to Mop room every day my feet were black and dirty walking on floor. Staff mopped the floor. Cigarette butts everywhere out in front of our room in small bucket's Set up Nice looking big tall pots with designs with Sand in them for the smoking public put butts in pots. This is safety for the Quality Inn. Thank you.

Breakfast is always amazing, my children love the waffles. They have a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from. My husband and I like to stay in hotels that doesn’t feel like being in a city. So these are nice because they have bbq pits, and outside tables to enjoy a quick lunch. They are pet friendly, and we love to bring our yorkies so this is important to us.

The things I didn’t like are not in the hotels control. There were people driving around recklessly, screaming from the top floor to people on the bottom floor. It was very uncanny.

breakfast was nice, and lobby was clean. location was great but what I enjoyed most was not only the 24 hour pier access but the AC temp was fabulous.. we slept very well, nice and cold. no complaints, i will stay again.

pool seemed a bit small so we didn't get to enjoy it with the amount of people in it.

The breakfast is always great with many fresh offerings. The grounds are safe and quiet. They have a private pier, BBQ pit and community laundry room. Their staff is always in a great mood and so willing to help. They treat you with kindness and are right on top of things. Every staff member from front desk, chamber maids and maintenance are top notch. Kudos to the property owner for hiring such great staff members.

The only minor thing is that the mattresses could be a little softer. But the beds were still fine.

Awesome location! The hotel is very close to main restaurants. Staff is very friendly. The hotel and rooms are outdated, but very well maintained. The breakfast, compared to other 'breakfast included' hotels in this price category is great!

Sound isolation is bad, their TV's has no option to connect your device via HDMI and watch whatever you like, because of 3rd party remote control that supports only a basic functionality. Having Roku TV with AirPlay would be a great option instead.

Refrigerator is nice but had no freezer compartment.i had bought some ice cream , disappointed . Yes, I ended up tossing it in trash. I was really glad I had read reviews before I made reservation. Because.. Washer stops filling tub. You have to open them close door . Quite a few times .when tub is full, washing machine works great. I remembered reading a review that mentioned the issue. I would had figured it was broken,.

Great location on Aransas Bay, with a fishing pier. Nice breakfast, very clean oversized room . I did not like the ‘surprise fee’ for my dog. I entered a search for pet friendly facilities. Quality Inn is highly rated, so I booked to thru booking.com. This is “non refundable”. So, when we check in, we’re informed we must pay an additional fee for the dog.; a gotca moment. This might well have affected my choice of hotels. Other friends traveling say this is a common ‘surprise’ while traveling with a pet.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and staff was quick to restock. Love the pier for fishing or watching the sunrise. Location was convenient and we love Rockport! For the price, overall a good vaue.

People sitting outside their rooms smoking. Cigarette butts along the sidewalks. The covered patio is designated area for smoking.

It was great to see the property have its own private pier, accessible with a gate code provided upon check in. The hostess made my pet and I feel welcome and at home. Although I didn't use it, the pool looked like a great little spot to hang out in the afternoon sun.

The rooms, although satisfactory, could use some sprucing up and conditioning. Upon opening the door, I was met with an immediate smell of muggy seawater ... not to be mistaken with the sweet smell of typical coastal settings, unfortunately. The closet doors in my room were basically made of unfinished plywood, and the caulking around the sink needs work. Last but not least, the bed wasn't great.
