Comfort Inn & Suites Near Six Flags & Medical Center

The location of the facility was great for the sites we were going to visit.

The attendant at the front desk let us know upon checking in they were short staffed and would be happy to give us extra towels, etc if we came down to the front desk. I would highly recommend having the housekeeping staff help with the breakfast (only until adequate staff can be hired) area until the end of breakfast. There was 1 staff member working the front desk & the breakfast area and 1 other staff member working the breakfast area are not adequate enough to keep the food replenished. I was in the catering business in the past and so being familiar with the business I helped the guests with the waffle machine and getting their breakfast together.

We loved the location! 2 miles away from the rim, la Cantera and Fiesta Texas. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The tub looked old and dirty but it probably just needs to be updated. House keeping woke us up due to the very loud vacuums. Louder than the usual vacuum lol

Location, cleanliness and price

Complimentary breakfast options were very limited: cereal but no bowls or milk, hot trays out but empty. There were other options: yogurt, some fruit, the ubiquitous waffle iron and bread, so there were other choices.

I did not eat breakfast there. I liked the tv…easy to understand. I liked the ease with booking the room. I liked the friendly staff. I liked that there was a place to park close to entrance because I was sooo tired when I areived. I liked having the carts to help carry my stuff up readily accessible.

There were hairs in the bathroom sink and bathtub. The floor was griddy. I walked around in my socks and they were black by the end of the night. Other than that, there was nothing else I did not like. Bed was a little lumpy.

Loved the room we stayed in, it was big. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was good, good location.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was that the table was too close to the tv. There was only one elevator and the pool was closed.

The hotel was nice and clean room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, The hotel manager on duty took care of me and my family like we were related I was very impressed with her hospitality

Great place to stay

A pipe busted during the night and they didn’t let the guests know there was no water. They only gave a credit of $9 which I don’t think was enough considering it left everyone very inconvenienced.

I stayed here out of necessity. I got a great deal on my room. It was super convenient because I was having my vehicle repaired at the Honda dealership right next door. My room was clean and comfortable and big. I had a king bed plus a couch and a couple of ottomans.

The walls were a little thin, I can hear the people above me, and the people leaving their room down the hall.

They ask for a deposit of 100 dlls. I paid everything since the reservation and they never turn back my deposit and we don’t take anything from the room or things that make it charge extra. The hotel is really nice and also the staff I absolutely recommend. Except for my deposit:(

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were in pretty good condition and clean.

I’m still waiting on the return of my $100 deposit. That’s my only issue.
