Embassy Suites By Hilton San Antonio Landmark

The hotel is really nice, large, and spacious. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Parking is plentiful and it seemed secure. The staff is great. We liked the size of the room, cleanliness, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great night sleep most of the nights we were there. You will find a cigar lounge and a restaurant/bar with live music across the street. The hotel has a small pool for the kids. For the adults, there is a nice bar in the lobby with nice options. Breakfast is offered although we never had it. The bar has free drinks to guests from 5-7 both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Overall it is a very nice hotel. We used to stay closer to down town, but we will staying here moving forward when we are in SA.

The hotel is further North West. If you are on a quiet relaxing family trip this is perfect. If you want to get in the city and enjoy the night life it is a bit of a trek. One night we were startled by an employee knocking on the door at 3AM asking to come in due to a fire alarm. I called the front desk, confirmed and let them in. They verified no smoke no fire etc in the room but it was a pretty bad experience for my wife and 4 kids. I spoke to the manager on site and expressed my dissatisfaction and she was extremely nice and understanding. It was a negative experience, but I am sure it may have been a one off. Definitely not keeping us from staying here in the future.

My stay here with my family was very enjoyable and we can’t wait to experience it again! Our room was clean and equipped with all sorts of essentials. An important asset I consider in my stay is the customer service and it was outstanding! Luis from reception was very friendly and communicated with us through the messaging app for any further questions or assistance during our stay. Each morning we had their breakfast where we had so many delicious options to choose from which was very convenient as both my kids are very picky. Patty from the breakfast area was very hospitable. She took care of us by helping us find our way around the breakfast hall and would revisit to see if we needed anything else. We were one of the last people to have breakfast on our last day here and she helped us grab a snack and drink to-go for our kids which was incredibly nice and appreciated. She truly made us feel at home and welcomed.

The property was perfect for our family vacation it exceeded our expectations . I have stayed at a lot of Embassy’s and the Embassy San Antonio Landmark was by far the best Embassy Suites I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Everything was perfect from the time my family stepped through the door and it continued throughout our 5 day stay. I would rate this experience a 10/10 and recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

I had absolutely no complaints

The breakfast was amazing, my favorite part was the freshly made omelets. I also love that they have a later check out time than most hotels (12pm). The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean.

I had booked a king suite but when I arrived there were no more king suites available and the front desk worker told me they were going to give me a free upgrade to a two queen bed room but I explained to her that it was not an upgrade to me bc it was only my husband and I so we would be having to squeeze into a smaller bed. All she said was she was sorry. On top of that we later found out our tv in the living area didnt work. Fortunately when I went to check out in the morning I explained my situation again to the new front desk worker, and he gave me half off my stay which I was very grateful for. All in all, I will definitely be coming back to embassy suites again I even went ahead and signed up for their rewards program.

Breakfast was very good. Made to order omlettes were the best! On the downside, some of the other items were OK but not great. The dried cranberries to put in oatmeal for example were so old and chewy they were close to inedible. Bacon also a bit undercooked (that said I do like my bacon crispy).

Service on happy hour wings I ordered off the menu took forever. Looked like one group had a massive food order so Im sure that had something to do with it.

Great breakfast, great guest services, really beautiful hotel with many little areas to hang out in, and a great pool area. Most importantly, EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the staff we encountered or interacted with, were super lovely and professional.

The only thing that was lacking a bit was it’s so called “restaurant” — we were expecting an actual restaurant but it was more a “sit at the bar and order there” situation. Not ideal when you go with your kids.

Front desk, bartenders and kitchen staff were very attentive. They have a full breakfast, complementary drinks and snacks in the evening. The location is magnificent. You are close to the rim, la cantera and six flags.

We got at the hotel at 1am and We had to sleep in a dirty room because there was no clean rooms until the next day. They offered 2 sheets to switch the dirty ones. They didn't offer us a discount or anything, for the price paid. Pool was dirty and we were not able to enjoy it. Hallways and elevators had trash everywhere, residue on the elevator walls.

The staff was amazing and so helpful! We didn't expect to have our room cleaned up by housekeeping. But, that was a definite plus.

There is nothing I would change. Just keep doing sll that Is being done to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Congratulations on having an amazing staff to assist our every need.

Wonderful staff. The rooms were large! Fluffy pillows extremely comfortable bed!! Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. 6 minute drive to Fiesta Texas!! Breakfast was great with a large variety of items. Social hour was fabulous!!! Great hotel will book again.

Breakfast hours should be extended until at least 10:30 on weekdays.

Our stay was amazing. All facilities were clean, the beds are super comfy, hotel is conveniently located to highway access with ample FREE parking, the breakfast was hot and delicious, concierge service was spot on. Really enjoyed hanging out with the family in the lobby for the evening reception. The atmosphere is very warm, light and inviting.
