We booked not knowing the area for a concert at Smart Financial Center. The hotel was a short drive away. The area of the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel appeared to be relatively new. We were in a Dbl Queen room. We found the beds to be comfortable. The built-in nightstand between the beds had a light under the shelf aimed at the floor; convenient if you had to get up during the night. There were a couple of plugs under the shelf and on the built in shelf. There were also lights above the shelf - all built in so no free-standing lamps. There was a microwave and a mini frig, several drawers and shelves for clothing, etc, and a nice desk area. There were plenty of hooks for shirts, purses, as you walked into the room. The bathroom was nice with the pull-out shelves to set items on and the built in shelf above the sink/counter to set items. It had plenty of hooks/knobs to hang towels, or makeup bag. The bathroom had a sliding framed frosted glass door which gave more room in the bathroom and the bedroom. We had a roomy shower stall with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap in containers w/ a pump attached to the wall. No soap bars to deal with or small shampoo bottles. There was also hand soap attached on the wall by the sink which kept the vanity cleared for personal items. There was a nice size desk & lamp if needed for work, and a small table with keurig/coffee/cups, etc. Breakfast was pretty good and it was very busy! We were not there long, so I cannot comment on fitness room, pool or any other amenities.

The location was great, not far from the Smart Financial Center where we had event tickets. It was a fairly new place. The room was nice and comfortable. Check in was easy. The clerk who checked us in was very good at her job.

The morning after check in there was something I needed that I forgot. On the mirror it listed things that are complementry at the front desk, only problem was there was no one at the front desk to help us. When we were checking out there was a pile of room key cards on the front desk. Obviously there was no one working the front desk at all. Also we had a very nice large shower in our room, too bad there was a lot of dark body hair all over the place.

The hotel is very clean, has a great location, and has a new feel to it. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and they have a variety of food. They have a waffle maker! Prime location: There is a Chuy's across the street, close to malls and Costco. Also, I went for a concert and it is close to the Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land. The front desk agent who processed the check-out was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable... an incredible difference of the check-in experience. The food attendants were very helpful and prompt.

The parking was a bit dark but not necessarily unsafe. The front desk agent who processed the check-in when I arrived was rude, judgy, and an overall a very unpleasant experience. She was treating every guest the same way. I heard other guests making comments in the parking area about how unpleasant the check-in process was.

the back door did not lock and there was reach over access to open the pool gate even though it had a code box on the front. too much access to the outside world

It was my second time staying there, and the location is perfect for me, I go every 8 weeks to take my son to the doctor there, I had made my reservation for Monday and the cost was $130, it seemed fair and it was what I had paid the previous time, the doctor moved my appointment to Friday and my rate went to $185, it didn't seem fair, I didn't cancel it because I already had everything on top and it was impossible for me to change everything, but I wasn't happy, then the hotel was full with a cracker tournament and all the areas were full of people, but no complaints about the hotel in general, only the rate change

I didn't make it to breakfast because 9:00 a.m. was a little early when on vacation. I did get breakfast one day and it was very good. The room size was great! You had space to work and watch TV without sitting on the bed.

I didn't like the fact that I was not told upon check-in that you had to request maid and towel service. There was a small sticker on the bathroom mirror that told me I had to request these services. This should be told when checking in!! I paid for my room through Booking.Com; however, the receptionist re-charged my card. It took 3 days to resolve the error. The on-site staff recognized it and had to work to get the release reverse.

The staff is excellent, especially the friendly breakfast staff. The breakfast is pretty much what one might expect and good. Better than IHOP. Very comfortable beds. Close to major roads but quiet. Usually not crowded.

My Hilton Honors membership is never recognized at this particular hotel though it is at other Hampton Inns in Houston. But not a big issue. The pool is outside so not really available in the winter.

Lots of options at breakfast..my kids loved the mini waffles with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Our room was very big, so plenty of room for a family of 6. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled good.

The ONLY things I noticed was there wasnt a pad of paper and a pen. My kids were looking for one but couldn't find one. I wouldn't ba e noticed it if it wasn't for them looking. No Bible, either.

The room charge was fair, breakfast was good. Nice place.

When trying to cancel a room we did not need, I had some difficulty. When I asked to speak to a manager, the clerk hung up on me! I don't know if I met this young lady while I was there. Everyone else was nice.

The hotel was clean. Nice size room. The mini fridge was useful. Grocery store and good restaurants very close by. The theatre where we attended a concert was a hop, skip and a jump!!

We DID NOT like the pillows!! Very flat. Invest in better pillows.
