Best Western Texas City I-45

I stayed at the Best Western Texas City I-45 before going on a cruise, and it was the perfect choice! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the cruise terminal. The free parking was a huge bonus, saving us money and hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone cruising out of Texas City – it made our trip so much smoother!

Conveniently located right off the highway, it was easy to find and provided quick access to local shops and restaurants. VERY clean, even smelled clean from the moment we walked in the door. Room was comfortable and also very clean. Very good breakfast. Check in and check out were easy and quick. Elevator was convenient and worked well.

Extra lock on door was broken and unusable. Faucet in bathroom leaked when adjusted.

room was clean but the shower water pressure was so slow & soft which it took longer to feel cleaner!! Breakfast waffles were great. Everyday it was the same meat & eggs.

On the strip of hotels, this one caught my eye, and I see why; as soon as I walk in, I am greeted so nicely and professionally by the front desk; I appreciated Susan for navigating us to the cruise terminal, honestly lovely best cruise hotel to go to, hands down.

The sofa bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of firmness and cushioning. The mattress was thick enough to provide excellent support, ensuring a good night's sleep without the usual discomfort of most sofa beds.
