We loved our stay, this was actually our second time there! we love how close the boardwalk is and all the staff is great! my babies get cold easily and the lady up front was the sweetest! she gave us extra blankets. we will definitely be back soon! thank you all so much for making our family vacation extra pleasing. see you soon!

the only thing we did not like is the breakfast bar, we love the buffet other restaurants offer, and unfortunately our room did not have breakfast. it was a true bummer

Breakfast was superb. Freshly made and served to the table. Location is excellent a short walk to the Boardwalk. Plenty of brilliant bars and restaurants.

The major roadworks were a slight inconvenience for driving locally and the noise level around the pool from the subcontractors was a little bit loud. Both issues were out of the hotels hands.

Quiet room, elevator and hallways. Convenient location close to everything. 4 blocks from kemah board walk, San leon 15- 20 minutes down the road. Bars & restaurants across the street. Quiet ac/heater. Bright lights in the bathroom. Nice front desk employees. Large lounge for those who have breakfast/ evening drinks included.

Bed in my room wasn't firm but that's just my type. Construction going on with the new bridge they are building. So it is a bit difficult to move out into the shopping centers across the street, especially around 5pm.

Proximity to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping ideal. Staff was friendly, very clean building, comfortable room.

Addition of ceiling fan would be great room became a little warm when the air shuts off. Toilets flush really loud you could here adjoining rooms flush and when they used the restroom.

Having to request to clean room after 1st night we pay to stay room should be cleaned after every night had to go down to the lobby to get towels and toilet paper a little inconvenient I paid over 500 bucks for our stay. I should have a clean room with toilet paper.

Excellent location near Kemah Boardwalk and adjacent entertainment district. Clean, with a great front-desk staff. This hotel property will be outstanding when its restaurant and bar open (scheduled for April 1, 2021). All rooms are undergoing a refurbishment, but the current accommodations are perfectly satisfactory and did not feel outdated. The TVs are on the small side, but they will be upgraded to 50-inch screens in the remodel. Staff was very attentive to sanitizing.

Our room's HVAC's unit did not heat. Operations Manager Kenneth quickly rectified the problem, getting us into another King Suite, and discounting our bill. (Even moved a lamp into the new room to provide more lighting in the suite area.)

Clean from the parking lot to the room. Exceptionally quiet, beds were amazingly comfortable, restaurant in lobby with bar was a definite plus , the staff were all friendly and helpful. Location excellent with ease of access to Kemah Boardwalk.. l definitely stay again

The parking lot area was a little dirty. There was broken glass and trash left over from remodeling.

No guide for the TV channels was a little annoying. Also there were no napkins or anything in the room. Idk if that is standard or not but napkins, extra bags and some laundry bags would've been nice. I had to go downstairs for extra bags and laundry bags.

hotel was in an excellent location for restaurants the Kemah boardwalk and not far from the cruise port, state of the art, clean, excellent decor, very upscale looking. Great price!
