I understand that we are all adults, but perhaps a kiosk or something where people could sign up at a certain time to use the washer and dryers? And maybe guest could sign up for optional reminders? Like calling the room, cell #, text, or something to remind them that their laundry is complete. With a disclaimer or additional charge if an employee has to transfer or remove their laundry. At the very least, have each guest wanting to do laundry take a number and a way to reach them and remind them. I personally set a timer because I don’t want to hold anyone up from doing their laundry NOR do I want to be held up from doing laundry. if this process is implemented the employees should get a raise in their pay or increased benifits DEFINITELY

The staff were eager to help, it was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and overall we were happy to have booked here! I brought my mother down for a weekend of shopping and I wanted her somewhere close to where I live. Candlewood is within walking distance from my apartment and other places like Applebee’s, Outback, and a nail salon to name a few. They have a gas grill and gazebo on site too. Since it is an extended stay hotel, when receiving new towels you have to take it down to the front lobby and exchange them. They accept pets and even have a pet walking area, although I did not bring my dog. They come equipped with a full kitchen too! I recommend this to anyone and will bring my family with me next time!

I didn’t like how I had to go exchange towels, usually places you go deliver them to you. But it really was no big hassle because the staff were very polite and helpful.

Great sized rooms, bigger then expected. Great hotel for people with kids. Across the street from a very nice park and trails and behind a large strip center with plenty of food options. Hotel was quiet and the area its in is very nice with no loud street noise at night.

Limited amenities(maybe due to covid, not sure) lobby and on site shop were very small and the gym was no existent. I knew it didn't have a pool, but a pool would've been nice. ACs in room were a little hard to figure out, the first night they didn't cool and it was very humid in the room but after we figured out the settings it was tolerable. The key card machine had broken so we had to be let into our room by the front desk staff the first day, they were pleasant so only a mild annoyance.

So long as ur quiet and clean there aren’t any issues. there is a gazebo out back that allows smoking and has a grill. and they never run out of doggy bags to pick up after your pet. we saved money by making use of the kitchen

I didn’t know they had a washer and dryer facility out back. they didn’t advertise it.

Candlewood was comfortable. Appreciated the staff telling me fur animals, both dog and cat were allowed. Also appreciated the air condition room. Was not able to set the alarm for the next morning but I woke up on my own. It would have been helpful to have an extra wall outlet by the bed for my cell phone charge.

The room had a strong scent went I entered. While I don't have animals allergies, I do have allergies to scents. The oil fusions that were plugged in the kitchen and bath area was too much. I unplugged them but it took all night for the smell to not bother me.

No breakfast was available. The kitchenette was nice. Coffee was available in the room which was nice. Refrigerator was full size and a microwave was available. The staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Parking was the only problem we saw. We like to park where we can see our car from the room. There was no parking on the side of the building where we stayed. It is located in a good part of town so that helped ease our minds.

Tyler is a beautiful place. Lots to do. Major hospitals with one having historical background. Good food, great entertainment,and easy to get around in. But if you are bored Shreveport is about 2 hours away, if you're a slow driver, with it's many casinos and to the west, also 2hours is the Dallas-Ft.Worthetropolis. There is no Costco but Dallas has one. There were plenty of places around the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Couldn't stay longer.

They have extra cutlery, pots and pans, blenders, and more available if you didn’t have enough room to pack and bring yours. Board games for you and the fam! They are very thoughtful of your pets- with a very tidy pet area! we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything else. The bed is comfy pillows are great. I love being able to cook when away from home.

The lay out of the room was bad. I was on the side of the bed with the wall. Normally there would be enough room for a small night table there and for you to get up and down to use the restroom. There was not. Other than that the place was great. I only stay at candlewood inn & suites when we travel.
