My kids had fun swimming in the pool and using the hot tub for a few minutes. We enjoyed a good dinner and I had a yummy drink.

The facilities were clean, but the carpeting and wall color was a bit dark and drab. I feel the room was dated, as most hotel rooms have beds that go all the way to the ground now, but these beds still had space under them. And I know that gets dusty and difficult to clean. The rooms felt clean, though. The furniture was brown and basic, nothing streamlined or sleek. And the hallway carpets had stains.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very sweet and customer service was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxing addition to our stay. It wasn't very large but was indoor and that was ok for us, it didn't affect our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The first night I arrived I called the front desk because my TV did not seem to have any signal. Jay, the young lady on duty said she would come check it out. When she got to the room she discovered that it was unplugged at the TV and did not give up until she got it plugged back in and working properly. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help me out. She is a super friendly young lady and went above and beyond to assist me with my problem. The facility was very clean and my room was very spacious!!!

Have a free option for breakfast that you did not have to pay an additional fee for something to eat. Since there was a charge for the breakfast I chose to just get coffee and go back to my room and eat somewhere else.

Location of the hotel was convenient. Near shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was very noisy. We had to turn it off in order to to get a restful sleep.

Convenient and quick check in

I didn’t have any trouble but heard someone complain about a clogged sink and had to be moved and then my family had to go down twice for new door cards. They got moved to another room and the app never worked. Just a little sketchy.

Clean, quiet large room. Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. I left my flat iron in the room and didn't realize until the next day when I made it home. I called, it was located and a family member easily picked it up for me. i will definitely stay here again.

Great facilities, friendly staff

Bed was creaky, made noises every time you moved just a little in the night. Kept waking each other when we moved

breakfast was great the staff amazing best place I have ever stayed at!!!! the staff went above and beyond the call of duty . parking was great even had covered parking and getting around town was great the staff even gave us some good suggestions as to where to eat at.

I know the fellow fat guys out there will like this as I did so I turned the ac down to 50 and it got down to 59 well done best ac I’ve ever had in a hotel

Very attractive facility and grounds, great location, large room.

Bed very firm, no choices beside too soft down pillows, strange mechanical noise heard all night long.
