The first night I arrived I called the front desk because my TV did not seem to have any signal. Jay, the young lady on duty said she would come check it out. When she got to the room she discovered that it was unplugged at the TV and did not give up until she got it plugged back in and working properly. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help me out. She is a super friendly young lady and went above and beyond to assist me with my problem. The facility was very clean and my room was very spacious!!!

Have a free option for breakfast that you did not have to pay an additional fee for something to eat. Since there was a charge for the breakfast I chose to just get coffee and go back to my room and eat somewhere else.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very sweet and customer service was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxing addition to our stay. It wasn't very large but was indoor and that was ok for us, it didn't affect our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Clean, quiet large room. Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. I left my flat iron in the room and didn't realize until the next day when I made it home. I called, it was located and a family member easily picked it up for me. i will definitely stay here again.

breakfast was great the staff amazing best place I have ever stayed at!!!! the staff went above and beyond the call of duty . parking was great even had covered parking and getting around town was great the staff even gave us some good suggestions as to where to eat at.

I know the fellow fat guys out there will like this as I did so I turned the ac down to 50 and it got down to 59 well done best ac I’ve ever had in a hotel

Very attractive facility and grounds, great location, large room.

Bed very firm, no choices beside too soft down pillows, strange mechanical noise heard all night long.

Tracy at the front desk was obviously the highlight. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, checked me in quickly, answered all of my questions, allowed my friend to check in easily AND (the most important thing) helped us when we found Pitch Perfect on TV but the sound wasn't working. She was friendly, helpful, & laughed at my stupid jokes. Customer Service Superstar.

Breakfast. I know with a worldwide pandemic, it can't be easy. But the free breakfast is something I always look for when I book a hotel. And I'm sorry to say this y'all, but it was so sad. I don't even know if there's anything to be done until we get past this thing, but..... yikes.

The family suite for me and my 3 children. Very happy with it. And the pull out bed from the couch was a good full size bed!

The property is located within walking distance to many eateries and stores. The room was very spacious and we LOVED having an additional half bath in our room.

The breakfast was not that good

It arm to have been pre-made. Ask for soft scramble eggs, got the same as everyone else
