The facility was clean and close to our needs. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool and sauna were clean and inviting.

I booked a room for four people we had 2 towels. When we asked for two more staff told us we had to return them after use. It seems that if you book a room for four people, that accommodations will reflect it. I waited over 15 minutes for the front desk only to receive card keys for the wrong room. We were given the right room, and then only one key worked. Everything was made right, but it just seemed unprofessional.

It was incredibly clean and well stocked. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered to bring you any toiletry items you may have forgotten, including a RAZOR, complimentary! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious.

These are kind of trivial, but it was a little out of the way of the places we were visiting.. and there was no Texas waffle maker!… really, I have no serious complaints.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 4 families staying at the property. My wife and I have two boys on this team and had another one staying with us this weekend. When we went to make the bed for them, we needed more bedding, so I went down stairs and a woman that was getting off of work after her shift offered to help me with my request. The BIG one to me was the next morning, I left my Apple ear pod pros on the nightstand in the room when we left for the game, I called and told them what had happened and they went and got them and did not lie about them being there!!! Honesty, is a HUGE thing to me!! I will always choose this hotel due to the honesty!!

I loved everything.

I like that the breakfast had options. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. The staff when I arrived were pleasant and friendly. I forgot a few things but the staff didn't mind providing them.

One of the main reasons I booked the room was for the indoor pool. However, the water was warm and the pool appeared to be very mucky looking.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was over the top every morning, pool was heated and clean, prpoerty clean, rooms were immaculate, big fluffy pillows and bath time

Rented room for over a week, moved rooms, then rented a second room for which i was charged double for because they said there was nail polish on a table except that i dont own any mail polish, my nails are done elsewhere.

The room was clean the entire hotel looked clean and smelled clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating

I selected this property because they had an indoor pool.

There were no towels in the pool area when we took our first swim so we dripped back to our room. When the towels were supplied they were the size of hand towels.

The breakfast was good and the woman at the front desk during the night shift was excellent 😊

I still don’t understand why I had to pay $20 for room keys ? What’s the point of booking the room when you have to pay extra just to get in it !

The business suite was exceptional and the breakfast was much better than I could have anticipated. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to make my girlfriend and I feel welcome and well taken care of. Phenomenal service and cleanliness!
