Staff is great. Make u feel at home . Get u in your room timely manner usually. Housekeeping is on top of your needs for the room just ask no problem if you run out etc...
The ice machine downstairs if ur on 3rd or 4th floor end hallways lol...and parking so far from room if spots are full with kiddo several trips to tote ur stuff lol ..

Our room was nice and comfortable. You could tell it was a smoke free room. There were no bed bugs no roaches etc as some of the other reviews stated.
They put a 100$ hold on my card and said they would check the room and credit my dep right back and I have yet to receive the $ back. Which would of been fine had they told me the would do this prior to me checking in.

Bed was comfortable had good lighting and it was a nice size room. With a great light on the mirror in the bathroom!
No breakfast was served at all no cereal no nothing! They also charged a 100 dollar deposit which i thought was excessive!

Touch mirror lighting in the bathroom.
Booking info and sign out front still contained breakfast included and it wasn’t due to Covid. Most uncomfortable sitting chair I have ever tried to sit on in our room.

When are hotels going to stop using Covid as an excuse to no longer serve breakfast.... especially when they advertise full hot breakfast included.
