Cindy was so helpful finding us a suitable, quiet room, blankets, getting the TV working....milk for our coffee after a 500mile drive that day. Hotel well situated close to highway but little noise. On the side of town for Aransas Wildlife Refuge to see the rare whooping cranes. Close to the main street with multiple restaurants. Beds comfy and spacious room. Good price. Hot and cold breakfast items. Very good. Very nice, helpful staff.

Needs lots of general maintenance but very adequate. Rooms need some new bright lights which would make a big difference

The staff were helpful and accommodating on the various needs I had. Despite being right off the highway very quiet accessible to where I needed to go.

Well there is road construction right in front of the hotel making getting to hotel a bother but that can't be helped.

Pleasant exterior. Pleasant staff. Big room but the design could be better.

The breakfast was limited especially since I can't eat gluten, dairy or corn. Some other places have gluten free muffins or non dairy yogurt. The inside of the room felt damp when the temperature wasn't too cold.

Pool area was great! We came to visit family and we all enjoyed the pool. We will definitely come back here on our next trip here

I think the only comment I could make was that one of the coke machines wasn't working but besides that everything was good.

Great service young lady was very helpful and polite. Loved the soap dispensers in shower. Rooms were very clean and stock with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer didn’t except all this for the price rate.

The hotel was nicely keep up. The pool was nice. We arrive late at night had personal problems. When we arrive nothing was open to get food the clerk gave us a number to a pizza delivery, talking to him about the terrible day we were having and bad luck with finding an open restaurant and then more bad luck arriving to hotel after pool closed. He allowed my granddaughter and us to swim after hours. He was a savior and turn our day around with the pizza and the swim. Staffwas awesome breakfast was good will stay again hands down.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap (the cost was low compared to others in the area) but it had high ratings. I had stayed in 2 hotels recently that were much more expensive, so I didn't have big expectations. But THIS place was very clean, very modern, had a full breakfast, super-fast wifi, large refrigerator/freezer, plenty of seating with good lighting and table space, a safe, just felt good and secure with a friendly staff! That TV was super big and tons of channels with great reception. I would recommend it highly to anyone! Super convenient location and the room key card worked the entire stay for 2 days without glitches, and that is unusual! No need to call the office for complaints. No noise from other rooms. The best place I have stayed in recent memory. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was very helpful accommodating and friendly. The other customers where quiet no visible drug addicts. Also the breakfast was pretty good and it seemed very clean the only problem I had was the shower head water pressure was high lol

I don't think there was an Ice maker upstairs. The particular location I stayed at with my girlfriend. Wasn't close to the beach.
