Clean and comfortable with a huge shower. Friendly, helpful staff. QUIET property. Many restaurants close by. Surprisingly good breakfast. Good lobby seating. Didn't take advantage of gym or pool but they both looked nice. Only 35 miles from the Galveston cruise terminal.

I liked everything. Absolutely no complaints or suggestions.

Room and bathroom were small. We obviously did not get the "suite" part of the hotel name! Initally we thought the room was handicapped accessible, but quickly discovered that the bathroom was actually dangerous for seniors. There were no safety/support bars in the shower or near the toilet. The toilet seemed especially low in height. There were 2 hooks for hanging items behind the door, but no actual towel racks. We just threw our towels on the floor, assuming we could get fresh ones the next day. Nope, no towel replacements, no trash pickup, no fresh coffee supplies. We should have been informed that those ammenities would have to be sought out & not supplied daily.

The room had a horrible odor we asked them to take care of it, but they didn't. We had to ask the housekeeper the day before we left. The breakfast was mediocre, it could have been better. The pool water was way too cold.

Super clean outside and inside as well. Great pool and workout room. Good breakfast as well with a very large and spread out eating area. The staff was all super friendly. The rooms were large and very nice.

I guess the only thing that was maybe an issue was the super cold water in the pool. If it was outside that would be awesome, but being an indoor pool it was way too cold. I take it the pool is not heated. However that was no big deal because everything else at this location was excellent!

Really appreciated Erica at the desk. Always cheerful, knew us by name, it means a lot and makes it feel at ho.e.

Only one complaint. And,this seems to be a Fairfield system problem. A room for two and only ONE chair!!!!!! What is,with,that.?

I thought the cleaning ladies clean up each day, but my trash was still there unless was outside. also needed more make up wipes. I’m just glad there was even any in the room

Very convenient and easy to get to. Room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not provide clean towels after first night, nor did the room get cleaned. I also felt that the hallways were left uncleaned after Saturday night. Perhaps the staff did not work on Sunday, but it was noticeable.

The breakfast was excellent! Excellent choices and preparation. And, the hotel location was perfect. Lots of restaurants, activities and shopping in the area.

Loved the staff friendly lovely breakfast.nice and clean room gave us everything we needed.We actually went and stayed another night elsewhere and immediately regretted it. THANK U SOO MUCH for ur hospitality yall were Great we will stay here again and close to everything!

I noticed a lady dropped the serving spoon on the floor and she put it back on the counter for others to use.
