Hampton Inn and Suites Houston Clear Lake NASA

Great location for us to visit NASA in Houston. We were only here for two nights and one whole day. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. It had everything in it you could ask for. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub, which was a nice little break to our long travels. Breakfast was okay. There are lots of restaurants around so you don't have to look too far. There is also a shopping outlet down the road for some good shopping.

We didn't like the connecting rooms, which seemed a theme throughout our visit to Texas.

the room was clean and the bed was comfy. the staff was so friendly and attentive!! the breakfast was so good and the kitchen attendant kept it clean and fully stocked and he also kept the dining area very clean, we loved that!! we were there to catch an astros game which was a 30 some minute ride to Minute Maid park, not too bad. But chose to stay in Webster to go to the kemah boardwalk which is close by and do some shopping at the mall that’s down the street! loved the location and all the restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very nice. Front desk took care of my problems in guest laundry. Repair man was very helpful with the dryer situation.

One dryer was stuck so you couldn't put in money. Repairman had to jumpstart it. Other dryer took 2 - 45 min. cycles to dry my c;lothes. At home it takes only 40 min. The bathtub was extremely slippery when showering.

Great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Everything was new! Very attractive looking facility. The cookies at the front desk were a pleasant surprise. The front desk clerk at checkout was very friendly and cheerful; much better than the one at check-in the day before. Breakfast was well stocked, and items were fresh. Ladu running the area was very nice and accommodating.

Front desk clerk at check in was not very friendly. I felt we were an interruption to her day. What a shame for such a nice facility. The grounds between the properties were quite littered with garbage.

The property was clean, safe and surrounded by restaurants and stores. The breakfast was excellent

The fact that they run the damn vacuum constantly everyday while you are having breakfast at the breakfast bar. Wait till after breakfast is closed to clean, vacuum and power washing.

I liked the air conditioning and the amount of space. The bed was comfortable and of course the breakfast is great.

Bathtub. I would definitely opt for a standing shower. That shower head was splashing water all on the outside of the tub.

Every employee was kind & friendly.

I didn’t realize I had booked through a third party, therefore, I did not gain my Hilton Honor Points. I was unhappy about that. Because all along I thought I was calling directly to Hilton.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast area, one of the best breakfasts I ate during my trip to US (the only one with normal fruit salad), very clean

I booked the room for 3 persons and it appeared a bit crowded (it was normal room for 2 persons plus sofa)

Location was good for the price, breakfast was actually pretty good, variety of foods. Room was clean, bed were really comfortable, toiletries were neutrogena brand pretty good.

Pool looks much bigger in the website pictures, but was pretty small, hottub smell urine. Also coffe cream was bad.

We really enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. I also really liked how quiet and very clean the hotel was. Crystal, whom works the 3-11 pm shift was very helpful and I enjoyed how happy she was with all her interactions with customers. Makes your time away from home a pleasure.

There was nothing we didn't dislike.
