Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Clear Lake

Very nice apartment room, with all what is needed. Comfortable bed and two TV's in two different rooms. Sufficient kitchen to warm up or make your own food. Nice pool and basketball yard for the kids. WIFI worked well. Good breakfast.

The workspace and desk for computer/office work, could be a bit bigger - Given that the rest of the space is so big. Maybe you could make some of the rooms with a special profile for more "office-work friendly"

The breakfast was better than I was expecting. We have stayed in various Homewood Suites and this one has the best breakfast so far. The ladies working the food area kept it stocked and cleaned. The food is Sysco food that you get at any hotel, however, it was actually good.

There was no soap for the dishwasher in the room. We rinsed the few cups we used and loaded the dishwasher before we left, but could not start it before we left.

home away from home. liked the room setup with separate living room, kitchen and bedroom. breakfast and evening meal were great. convenient location - very close to nasa. parking was plentiful. room was clean and well appointed, beds were comfy.

wish the evening meal was every night instead of Monday thru Wednesday. wished for a hot tub since it was so cold outside it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. wished for a few more eating utensils and a dish scrub brush for our kitchen. the beds seemed smaller than a queen bed. all of this is minor - we were happy and comfortable here

Everything was fantastic. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and everyone was lovely. My teenagers loved the breakfast which was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and refreshing. The suite was a great size and very well appointed. We had everything we needed.The location near NASA was ideal for doing things in Houston and in Galveston.

The only problem, which I reported, was that the coffee pot in the suite was not working, but it really was no problem because there was fresh coffee in the lobby.

Hot breakfast, clean rooms, evening social event with soups, salads and drinks.

Leaking and noisy tub faucet and being on the first floor. Too much stomping from guests on upper floors. Next time I will request to be on any other floor but the first floor.

I loved how spacious the room was. I also loved how friendly and accommodating ALL of the staff was. The facility felt like home away from home (i.e., basketball court, clean pool, 2 televisions in the room, BBQ grills, good patio furniture etc.)

The dripping bathtub faucet and our air condition froze up and quit working on the last might of our stay. However, the staff quickly switched us into another room with no hesitation. Overall, I will stay here again and again!

The property wasn’t far from my family’s home and it was centrally located to all of the activities that we had planned.

The toilet was to low. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and it was very uncomfortable for her.

The breakfast was fantastic, considering covid restrictions and the way it affects food availability and choices. Definitely superior compared to some other hotel accommodations, especially for the price. Breakfast staff was actually my favorite out of all of the employees.

Housekeeping seemed to have a little chip on their shoulders, passing them in the hallway, but nothing to really complain about. Maybe a couple of them were just having a bad day!

My room was wonderfully beautiful. It reminded me of a small one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. This property has raised my hotel staying bar. The hot breakfast was good, I was surprisingly impressed.

One cabinet in the kitchen wouldn't open.

We had a king suite, and the size was incredible. Stayed with my mom and son, we had plenty of room, never felt crowded or on top of one another. The staff was extremely nice, very prompt when we had an issue with our toilet, got the parts replaced ASAP, the entire placed was very clean and well kept.

We were very disappointed in the breakfast. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, went down about 8:45, already had nothing left. At that, there was only one option.
