Canyons Boutique Hotel - A Canyons Collection Property

The size of the hotel gave it an exclusive feel and provided ample parking every night, and its location was in the heart of all of the things we had planned to do for our extended weekend. The front desk staff was very personable and helpful, and the room was clean.

The highly touted restaurant that is located in the lobby area of the hotel left us wondering what the hub bub was all about. We found it to be ok at an inflated price. Additionally, the mattresses could be updated.

Excellent reception services, all our questions answered with a big smile. Room was cozy with all you need for a short stay. If something was missing, reception helped immediately. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs and variety of lighter options for 10USD / day. Good location to start your explorations in Bryce Canyon and Zion. Very quiet town to return to after a busy hiking day. Rooms have big soft beds with good bedding.

Small detail but air conditioning in room was loudest ever. We had to switch it off at night. Room floor a bit slanted, but otherwise excellent boutique hotel recommended for a nice short relaxing stay in Kanab.

I loved the convenience of breakfast and dinner being so close--I enjoyed the options and the food was delicious. Plus, I liked that bikes were available for us to cruise around the town with. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

What could have been better for me was just to have a little more space in my room. Getting around the room with my partner was a bit challenging, but the room itself was very nice. I also would have preferred a cushier bed.

The rooms were beautiful, the jetted tub was wonderful after all day in the heat and dust of our adventures. The staff were so so nice! I definitely want to go back to Kanab just to stay there again. The breakfast in the morning was good, That is not included in the room rental. It's an extra $10 for adults and $6 for children but it was worth it (being that it was a buffet) Definitely would recommend!

It didn't have a pool, but their sister Property is right across the street and they told us we could use it, It's literally a 5 minute walk. So that made everything all the more great. I love this place!

Really enjoyed our stay. A nice change from the chain hotels. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. On site restaurant Sego was a huge bonus. Delicious food. Convenient stop for GC north rim, Bryce and Zion

Being picky room decor was all brown which made it quite dark but think all rooms are different.

Room was large and beautiful. Jacuzzi tub was great! Quite luxurious for the price I thought. I loved the beautiful light fixtures in the entrance and restaurant. Coffee and French toast were excellent and they made fresh decaf coffee for my companion. The weather wasn't good but it was nice that they had outdoor seating and free bikes to use if it had been warmer.

beautifully decorated hotel close to dining and grocery. The beds were very comfortable and room size spacious. Very clean. We didn’t try the food at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the front patio. Very attentive and nice staff.

We stayed in Kanab for our Zion national park trip. It’s close to the east entrance however, all Zion parking and activities start around the southern entrance, so it takes roughly 1.5 hours from Door to trail. The drive is easy and beautiful, just longer than we expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!! Cute as it can be, squeaky clean, super comfortable and all staff members absolutely delightful to interact with. Breakfast was impecable and delicious; coffee, tea and water available for guests 24/7. The Sego restaurant inside the hotel is definitely a MUST!!

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like. It was just perfect.

I can’t say enough about the Canyons Boutique Hotel. The accommodations and lobby are lovely. This hotel has atmosphere in spades! The $10 breakfast is worth every penny. We had a small emergency during our stay and the staff were super accommodating and helpful, honouring each of our requests for assistance. I would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canyon Boutique Hotel. The room was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant there, Sego, was so good that we ate there every night. We would totally go back to CBH for our future visit to Kanab.
