This place is great! My wife has dietary restrictions, so we really prefer to stay somewhere with food prep options. It was a good size, and they provided an extra roll-out bed so that our kids didn't have to share a bed. This made for a much more harmonious stay. It was easy and convenient and perfect for us. We also found that light and sound were well controlled which was a huge plus for our family that has a hard time sleeping in strange places.

The stove top controls were malfunctioning so it was hard to tell what level the heating element was at.

The room was clean and quiet. It was in close proximity to everything. We liked the security mirrored window. Served it's purpose.

The coffee pot was too small. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and frustrating. The t.v. sound was garbled and distorted. And then it was fine....and then it was distorted again. Tried all the settings, nothing.. The only setting that worked was to just turn it off. Too late at night to bother calling anybody about it. And there was no dresser, which was very odd. Not even an armiore.Just 4 wodden cubby holes. 😑 swing and a miss..

The property was adorable in the cutest little town. the beds were comfy, the room was adorable, the shower was great and there was a little kitchen and fridge. my kiddos loved the bedside table and pallet beds. AC was cold, TV was great, all in all we loved it and we really loved the price.

I think there could have been more outside lighting. especially for the rooms in the back of the property and I didn’t see a sign showing there was parking in the back but I could have missed it. minor detail. We were a little concerned about the location at first because we got there at midnight so it was kind of concerning that some wood was missing on the inside of the door as if someone had broken into the room before. that would be my strongest recommendation to fix prior to more visitors in that room.

The room was very cozy and spacious. The place has great facilities to have an enjoyable stay. Seems like every little thing required was well thought of. Staff was very reachable, attentive, and nice. Fantastic location, close to both parks and the area attractions. The town is very quiet, safe and offers variety of excellent food choices.

This is our 2nd stay in Kanab Suites, we prefer the room that was assigned to us this time than in 2020;more private and quieter.  We appreciate the hosts generosity addressing our needs and concerns promptly. We like the spacious layout of the room especially the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. I want to mention that they even provided  spices for cooking, dinnerware & kitchenware.  We love the keyless door and smart TV - modern & convenient. Wifi was strong. Parking on site,close to our assigned room. Comfortable,fresh and clean beds,pillows and linens.  The location was perfect for exploring the nearest parks. Also close to supermarkets, restaurants and some shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

For guests who are staying 3 days or more, I wish they have storage or drawers for clothes.  We ended up putting all our luggages open on the floor. The coat hangers doesn't have enough space especially in winter times when guests wear bulky outerwear.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small kitchen area that was perfect. There was a nice outdoor seating area. The bed was very comfortable and we heard very little from outside or adjoining rooms.

The only thing we missed having was an ice machine but that was easily fixed by getting a bag of ice and keeping it in the freezer.

The facilities were very well thought out. By far the best setup hotel, motel or ANY place we have ever had the pleasure to stay at.

Our only small complaint would be the coffee maker. It was difficult to use. It had a tendency to over flow the filter and make a mess. We are coffee people and enjoy a cup or 2 in the morning.

The room was large and very clean. The kitchenette with a good range of spices provided was adequate for simple meals. There is a laundry room and guests could use it for free. There were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The food truck next door serves good coffee and freshly made sandwiches. Though the hotel is conveniently off the main road, we do not hear traffic noise.

We toured the Southwest, including the Petrified Forest, the Grand Canyon, and National Parks in Utah. Stayed at a variety of hotels, motels, and inns, and Kanab Suites was the best of all. Clean, comfortable, and spacious, and includes a kitchenette, free laundry room, and a patio with a gas fire pit.

Great location. Really appreciated laundry facilities! Kitchen well equipped for our needs. Very comfy and cozy accommodations. Owners quickness rto espond when we needed tech assistance! Lived Kanab Suites and the area!
